That's correct Mike.

It's very expensive to get a product into a chain store and if the product has no sales data no commercial business will even bother to look at what you have to offer. Small businesses all have to start somewhere and this site already helped a couple to get a head-start.

Are there any photos of it in this giant thread? I want to see what the packaging looks like if possible.

I see none of the 3F ingredients listed in the schedules to the controlled medicines legislation. Caffeine is not a controlled substance

Update : today is my 78th day on FFF. I have missed out on going to the gym this whole week due to meetings and preparations for meetings. Time just runs away from me but I am happy to make note that I have maintained my weight at around 117kg with gyming only 2 days in the last 2 weeks.

My sister (26 years old) has had 3 gym sessions in the last 5 weeks with no gym sessions in the last 3 weeks. She has had over 12kg of weight loss in the 2.5 months that she has been using FFF. She has had a break out of pimples on her chest and back. Her beauty consultant friend said that herbal products sometimes cause breakouts as a side-effect due to the body pushing out toxins and cleansing itself.

My mom (56 years old) has lost over 7kg in under 2 months of using FFF and she doesn't gym at all. Her physical activity consists of her housework.

My dad (57 years old) has started using FFF and has had a few kg loss in a week. He suffers from Fibromyalgia and has joint pains, leg muscle pains, fatigue, brain fog(sometimes blanks out for a few minutes and has no memory of it) and very disrupted sleep patterns. Since using FFF he has reported major relief from joint and muscle pains. His energy levels have increased so lower fatigue. He is getting much better quality sleep without breaking sleep as often and says he feels more focused. Time will tell if it helps with his brain fog.

Overall we have visible differences in body measurements and clothing sizes have dropped. I will be hitting my 90th day on the 31/10/2013 and will begin my 2 week off-product period. I hope my experience so far has assisted others on this forum.

@Meba - what are your stats and results so far?

Tips when using FFF
  1. Make sure u keep your water intake to at least 2L a day as I found that I am more nauseous when I am not drinking enough water.
  2. Use small portions of food per serving and eat slow when eating your meals because you go from hungry to full very quickly and a normal portion of food would feel as if you have over-eaten and you will feel a bit sick from over-eating. I hate wasting food so it's cost-effective to eat a small portion then if you still hungry you can eat another portion.
  3. Leave your junk foods for weekends - It's an amazing effect what 5 days of no junk food can have on you.
  4. Reduce your daily sugar intake - I find sugar to be just as addictive as a drug and people find it hard to fight the craving for it. Make small changes each week and in a month or 2 you will be able to give up sugar completely. I used to have 2 spoons of sugar in a cup of coffee. I switched to a sweetener and then each month I'd reduce the 1 tablet of sweetener to 3/4 tablet then 1/2 tablet then 1/4 tablet and now I drink coffee without any sweetener or sugar. I get no cravings for it but I do enjoy chocolate cake or a a snickers bar when I want to have it as I dont get cravings for it. I drink coke zero because i can't stand the taste of normal coke yet I should drink over 2L of normal coke a day. I now even prefer water to coke zero!

The best result from making changes to be fit and healthy and reduce our body fat will be a longer & healthier life :)

@Big Boy.....hi there!

I started taking FFF as for the last 8 years I have been a fertility patient. With every treatment I have gained weight, then lost, then gained, then lost, but this year we decided to stop all the treatments. Gets to the point where the side effects of all the drugs are taking a toll on me. This year alone, with a low GI diet from a nutritionalist, I have gained 7 kgs. My weight, no matter what, seems to be climbing. The fertility doctor said its a result of my hormones being out of whack for the last 8 years. I realize I'm not over weight, but when your weight doesn't stop climbing even on a well blalanced diet, you start getting a bit down about it. So my husband suggested FFF.
I will be honest, I think the results and the way I feel about myself now are very much worth it.
I usually wake in the middle of the night and battle for hours to get back to sleep, on FFF, I do wake, yet seem to be able to go right back to sleep, which is wonderful. I wake in a good mood, which is usually not the case! I'm usually that dreaded morning person! Haha
I find I am constantly thirsty, and drink loads of water. I do eat small meals otherwise I find I feel very nauseous, and just weird.
I do find I sweat more on this stuff too. As I said in the previous post, I've started with breakouts on my back and chest, which I must say I don't like. Please let me know if your sisters does stop or what she is doing to help it. I'm using oxycute, and seems to be sort of helping. I'm hoping it does stop though. I was diagnosed as being insulin resistant 8yrs ago and had to stop all sugar intake, so in that regard im lucky, im already off the sugar. In general, I feel like my mood is better overall too.
Here are my stats:
I started measuring myself on day 2 only.
Age 37
Height 174cm
Weight 57.6
Left thigh 42.5cm. Right thigh 42.5cm
Waist 56.5 cm
Hip 70.5 cm
Chest 77.5 cm

Now on day 23:
Weight 55.9
Left thigh 40cm. Right thigh 41 cm
Waist 52.5 cm
Hip 69.5 cm
Chest 73.5 cm

I'm comfortable with where I am at the moment. I really enjoy reading your progress.........sounds like it working for your family too!
Best of luck!

I have been using FFF for about 2 weeks now. I take it first thing in the morning (7am) but I'm really battling to sleep using this, by 1am I am still awake and needing to constantly drink water when in bed as my mouth is just so dry. I normally drink 3 to 4 liters if water during the day so it's not like I'm dehydrated.

Then this morning for the first time since taking FFF I went to gym and I was sick 3 times. I didn't eat before gym as I normally don't until after.

Any tips or comments?

Normally I take it with my breakfast and coffee but I never eat before gym in the mornings so this morning was the first time I took it without breakfast and went to gym for the first time on it. Luckily it was an outdoor bootcamp cause I vommitted 3 times. I'm just nervous now to take it again before gym.

geez bootcamp is very intense. throwing up after or during an intense session is pretty normal. try taking it with breakfast and see if that helps.. perhaps you're just really sensitive to stimulants, after continued use the side effects should subside as your receptors down regulate and the stimulants become less effective. strange that you're still having problems 2 weeks in

have it with food tomorrow and let us know how it goes

Some ladies had the same issues. They wake up, have coffee, shower, get dressed, have another coffee, sip the fff and off to gym. Then 10 min later they "crash" while training. Or they simply fail half way through the program.

Leave the coffee for well after your training.

Feedback...

Female friend completed her 2 month of 3F. She is 50+ Very positive feedback especially with toning lean muscle.

The only noticeable side effect was hot flushes due to menopause was more intense. Sexual intercourse and orgasms was also more intense. (not that the latter should be seen as a side effect) ;)
