Hi

Has any of you experienced nausea with 3F? It's been exactly a week since I started with 3F and experience severe nausea already 10 mins into my usual 30-45min morning cardio session. I've tried having it with a shake, with food, but nothing seems to help.

Any suggestions? Will it subside after using it for a longer time maybe?

Yes. Does your nausea stop after training or does it continue throughout the day ?

Done some cardio sessions while on FFF and awesome so far

Can report an increase in perspiration
Feels like I get a stitch early on and feel 'unfit' for couple of minutes, once that passes I can really go strong for quiet some time

Skin do breakout in some places, will see if it really gets bad

Hi guys
Can u use a pre workout with fff? Is it even necessary ? Sounds like a lot of people feel it gives u enough energy on its own.

If you are stimulant sensitive its definitely not recommended. I had no issues using a pre workout with 3F. You will have to test the waters for yourself.

Based from experience i had no issues with the following

1. No Rage
2. Condense
3. Neurocore
4. Assault
5. Super Pump Max

So I experience some cramps daily, not nearly as bad as clen, as I will never be able to use Clen again because of cramps

But they do come with FFF for me

I also had cramps while using FFF. To counter this i increased my mineral intake.

@NiX - Nausea is one of the common initial side-effects when using FFF. I found that if you stop training, sip on cool water and take a few deep breaths really helps to alleviate the nausea. It subsides after the 1st week or so but everyone will be different depending on how their body reacts with the herbal ingredients used in FFF. Some people eat in the morning and then take their dosage of FFF about 10 mins later and that helps them. You need to experiment for yourself to find your solution :)

i decided to put up a front view pic. Comparing before starting FFF (Blue trunks) to 90 days after using FFF (Pink trunks) there is visible differences.

Hey @Nix yes I had nausia in the beginning, its going to happen in the beginning. Some days will be better than others overall. But the results make it worth it. My advise. As soon as you get it just drink as much water as you.

Hi All

Has anyone's blood pressure increased while on FFF? Mine seems to have spiked.

Besides this, I'm very happy with the product. (Writing a little diary which I'll share after the 30 day course.)

Thanks

Hi All

Thanks so much for the response. No more nausea for me, which is great. Week 2 now of FFF and training like a machine, picked up a kg though, but looking leaner.

Anyway, all of you have an awesome Monday, Leg day for me.

My sister didn't want her pics put up but I managed to convince her to show the 90 days results using FFF on her lower back.

Forgive me for not reading through the entire thread, its quite a big thread now lol.

So I have BP issues and on meds for that. Have been monotoring my BP and its very normal even on cycle with compounds like NPP, tren and high test.

Last week sunday I started taking Fuck off Fat. Haven't touched stimulants like this since last year this time when BP became an issue and have used FOF before and didn't have problems. I've decided to stop using it from today as it was just unpleasant. No apetite and having my meals became impossible, constant nausea during the day. Also struggled to complete high intensity workouts like leg and back days as I just felt depleted and drained mid way through. Having a hurl with leg and back day is nothing new but whilst on FOF it was even worse! Strange thing is, it wasn't due to BP at all....

I have been advised to give FFF a try but I am a bit apprehensive due to the recent experience with FOF. Maybe it was the caffeine and yohimbine bark in FOF this time round that got to me I don't know. I keep hearing that people on FFF have great workouts and have better endurance etc etc so I'm not 100% sure, like I said a bit apprehensive. Want to use it with T3 soon IF I do decide on giving it a go.

So considering all this, what would the general consensus be from those in the know and those who have used it regarding me trying this.

Thanx :)

MCJ I have used FOF and FFF without the sides u discribing they are completely diff in the effects though FFF makes u feel energized / buzzed dont think of food but can eat if u remind yourself to ...drink plenty of water as u piss a lot and also found that with me u could push yourself but had to stop yourself to catch your breath before passing out....

Strange, I have been on FFF for 8 days now and don't feel a thing. No buzz, no appetite suppression, no nausea, no energy? My wife stopped taking hers after 3 days because she couldn't handle the effects so its def not a bad batch. I'm taking it when waking on empty stomach. Going to add some Clen this weekend and see what happens.

Unfortunately herbals does seem to have greatly different effects in some people. The majority seem to tolerate it just fine after a few days, but there are guys that are hit hard by the concoction of various herbs in FFF. Which adverse effects forced your wife to stop taking hers?

I have been off FFF for about 2x weeks now. Awaiting next batch. And my hunger has returned for sure. Joking with my husband and said I feel fat now hehehe. I lost 2x dress sizes with my first batch and only about 4kg. But thats due to muscle gain as I train like a freakin beast!
