I'm on my last day of my 2 week period off FFF. Tomorrow I will start my 2nd 90 day cycle of FFF. In the 2 week off-FFF period, I went to gym twice in the 1st week, havnt been to gym in the 2nd week, ate really unclean(more carbs than I should have consumed) and ate large portions of food. I did this all on purpose to see how much of the weight may come back. I put on around 2kg. This isn't bad at all considering it could have been lower if I kept to sensible fat loss eating and exercise. :P

The breakouts my sister had has subsided during the 2 week off-FFF period. She sticks to wheat-free and gluten free food as she found she is allergic to wheat & gluten and it gave her severe migraines. Perhaps those experiencing headaches should also eliminate wheat & gluten products from their eating as the FFF heightens sensitivity so it could be causing your side-effects.

I was off FFF for a month now (waited for supplies) and my skim breakouts didnt clear out :-( decided that I will go back to dermatologist after my FFF cycle or try to get something equal to antibiotics for skin.

Other than that I am super excited dor the results of my next cycle.

@Storm_7 - My sister is on her 2nd cycle of FFF and she has found that this time around the breakouts is much lesser. She is using Loreal Pure Zone products now as she remembered that's what she used to use many years ago when she was in highschool to prevent breakouts. So the relief from breakouts can either be the Loreal products or that the body is more used to the herbal ingredients and not reacting as harshly. Give the Loreal products a try and let us know how it goes for u.

I had the flu just after I started my 2nd cycle of FFF. My weight went up a by 2kg as I was eating too much whilst sick with flu but I kept taking my dose of FFF and also took my flu meds.

I felt that the FFF's appetite suppression properties was weakened when I had the flu. This could be because of the flu meds or just the flu itself.

I haven't been to gym in the last 2 weeks but should get a session in on Friday as I'm feeling much better.

Hi everybody as my first post I thought I would like to be thorough. I guess I might be considered a fat skinny guy.
So I decided I would like to get back to around 12% body fat. A quick background. In 1998 I was very ill weighed 54kg
and had a body fat of 4.2% I am 185cm tall I was 20 at the time, I worked 18 hours a day and ate occasionally.
I could count my ribs looking at them in the mirror and could wrap my hands around my middle if I pulled my stomach in.
My pant size was 26. My body was using my organs for energy and my doctor put me on some roids to save my life. I know
it was Testosterone Cyponate and some other stuff. Had to go in weekly for injections. This was done for four months
until I was considered out of the danger zone. I have not used any roids since. Used herbalife meal replacement drinks
and had to eat a lot. Followed a gym program and steadily got beater. Started using USN products and picked up a lot of
body fat that I have been unable to get rid off since. Decided to try FFF. I go to the GYM 6 days a week doing 40 minutes
weight training followed by 20 minutes HIIT cardio. I am currently 36 years old. I can post my GYM program on request.

My diet consist of:

06:00 40g Evox pure protein with 50g of mously. Start GYM at 8:00
09:30 Evox CRE-8 Mass & Reload with another 50g Protein after GYM.
12:00 Two chicken fillets with a fist size of mixed veggies.
16:00 Some fish with veggies.
19:00 A salad with some brown rise pasta and avo with low fat cheese and nuts.

I use the following supplements:
Caspari Nutrition Anavite
Pro10 Tribulus
Biogen Calmeg
Dis-Chem Activated Charcoal - Helps with bloating and keeping the smell down with all the protein.
Dis-Chem Digestive Enzymes

I change the meals a bit otherwise it gets boring but it stays like above. I have removed all bread, potatoes, normal pasta
and white rise from my diet. I no longer use any sugar. I don't drink any alcohol.

I used my first dose this morning 7 12 2013. These are my current stats.

Body fat calliper measurements: Using Jackson/ Pollock 7 Calliper Method.
Chest 12 mm
Abdominal 31 mm
Thigh 12 mm
Tricep 7 mm
Subscapular 18 mm
Suprailiac 18 mm
Midaxiliary 13 mm

Body Weight: 95.8Kg

Lean Body Weight: 79.75 Kg

Body Measurements.

Waist Normal 102 cm
Upper Leg Relax R 60 cm
Upper Leg Relax L 60 cm
Calve R 40.5 cm
Calve L 41.5 cm
Shoulders 120 cm

I will post my progress as I can, decided to not postpone any longer. Will go to Thailand and Honk Kong during December until mid January. I usually loose weight while in Asia. Hope it will be ok to take FFF with considering its all herbal I don't think it will be a problem. I will not use it a day or so before diving, just to be on the save side. Any advice regarding its use and diving?

Hope the post was not too long.
Regards

Hi everyone

One week has passed and I must say I am surprised. I did not get the buzz people were talking about, nor did I have tons of energy, I did however not feel as tired as usual. I guess I did not have a lot of water to loose because my visits to the loo stayed the same. I do however sleep less, yet feel not as tired. My dreams stayed the same, they usually are quite vivid. When I did the body fat readings I had to triple check because I thought I made a mistake. Here is the results after one week.

Body fat calliper measurements: Using Jackson/ Pollock 7 Calliper Method.
Chest 10 mm
Abdominal 29 mm
Thigh 10 mm
Tricep 5 mm
Subscapular 14 mm
Suprailiac 15 mm
Midaxiliary 12 mm

Body Weight: 94.2Kg
Body fat: 14.67%,
Body Fat: 13.82 Kg
Lean Body Weight: 80.38 Kg

Fat loss in one week 2.43Kg ! And I did not loose muscle mass!

Body Measurements.
Upper Arm R 33 cm
Upper Arm L 32.2 cm
Upper Arm R Flexed 39.2 cm
Upper Arm L Flexed 39 cm
Chest Relax 1112 cm
Chest Flexed 118 cm
Waist Normal 99 cm
Upper Leg Relax R 60 cm
Upper Leg Relax L 60 cm
Calve R 40.5 cm
Calve L 41.5 cm
Shoulders 125 cm

Hey Albert, to reap the benefits of this product you really should be consistent in it's use. I've used it while diving with no ill effects. If you're an experienced diver and can judge your mental state don't worry about it. A danger could be using fat burners that may lead to anxiety as this is dangerous underwater. Just keep an eye on your air, as a fit guy I've found my air consumption good even when on heavy fat burners. Just stay in constant contact with your dive buddy/ instructor.

Oh and sleep enough at night!

NO, you cannot combine FFF with other stimulants or fat loss products.

Warnings:

DO NOT use if pregnant or during breast feeding or if suffering from any medical condition. Always consult a medical professional before using. Product is not intended to cure, diagnose or prevent any disease. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use this product in conjunction with any other fat burner, obtained over the counter or by prescription. Fat Furnace Fifteen is a balanced product, already containing a number of herbal ingredients – taking other fat burners in conjunction with Fat Furnace Fifteen, may lead to an increase in unwanted side effects.

@Cornelius - There is Yohimbine in FFF so no need to add anymore.

Guys/girls the product is potent and doesn't need anything to help it work faster except exercise + eating cleaner.

I stopped using FFF, going to gym and eating cleaner from the 2nd week of December! LOL - Yeah, probably sounds familiar to people!

I weighed myself this morning thinking the worst that I may have gone over the 120kg mark but to my surprise I was at 118.5kg! I gained about 3kg which isn't bad as I was still under 120kg and I lived life for over 10 years being over 120kg and my heaviest was 134kg).

My sister didn't gym but using FFF she has now lost a total of 17.5kg since she started using FFF (90 days on FFF + 14 days off FFF + 30 days on FFF). She dropped from 97.4kg to 79.9kg and dropping.

I'm getting back to the gym from Monday. We even bought a new scale incase the one we used all along was faulty and we got the same reading on both :P

Just a quick question , can any of the herbs in 3F possibly have a negative affect on your libido?

You shouldnt have negative sides with Libido as the Tribulis used in FFF is of very high quality and better than 99% of pure Tribulis products you'll find in SA.

I don't know a thing about Dandelion Root nor White Willow bark. But the other ingredients I know very well. There are three potent libido boosters in there- Eurycoma Longifolia Jack, Pausinystalia Bark, and Tribulis Terristris. None of the ingredients I know are known to decrease libido in any way. However the nausea and insomnia side effects can play a big role in loss of sexual desire.

Try and limit your fluid intake 2 hours before bed. That should drastically reduce your loo visits and give you a better nights sleep.

I completed my 90 days end of November with fantastic results.......did feel it was more visual than scale. But more than happy cause got plenty of compliments, I really felt great!!
Went on holiday for four weeks overseas and used that time as my time off.
I'm happy to say that for once I didn't watch what I ate and drank, and I've come home with only picking up 1.5kg. Usually a 4 week holiday does damage...lol!
Back on the fff, day 2, and feeling hot and sweaty!! Def feeling it again which is good, I did feel close to the end of my 90days, that I wasn't feeling anything at all. Def feel the break is needed.
Love this stuff!!!!!

Anybody having an increased cholesterol level whilst on FFF ???

@Oupa could FFF increase cholesterol level?

My sister had some tests done and her cholesterol level is very high so we are just wondering if FFF could be responsible for that.

On a positive note, my sister has achieved a 20kg weight loss using FFF. Her measurements have dropped alot and that was a valid reason for a major shopping trip

I stopped using FFF since early December and on Friday morning my weight was 120.5kg and today (after 5 days on FFF) I am 119.4kg without going to gym on any of the days. I'm aiming to get to the 115kg mark and then lower :)
