I just feel I need to add for those who think FFF is a bunch of quick fix pills. Its not, I had to exercise and diet properly, I was able to get all the information on how to do it by just reading this site. There is a wealth of information in the articles and the posts, one can learn a lot from the answers that was given by others. Don't be lazy READ, it is well worth it.

I don't know if anybody has experienced this.stopped using fff because it constantly felt like I had a lump/something stuck in my throat?

It lasted all day until I early evening.no other sides besides that.

Anyone else experience that?

Everyone seems to have very different reactions to fff, For me I've felt nothing at all. No extra energy no appetite suppression and I'm able to have an hours nap at lunch time everyday.
My weight hasn't changed a bit but having said that I was already very lean when I started it I just wanted to see if I'd drop any water weight and was looking for a bit of get up and go after pct so I've been eating at maintenance.
I think this product is going to be more affective for those with a 10 plus BF. Or maybe I'm just immune to stimulants because yohombine gives me 0 sides either.

Go big or go home...

IF you can use FFF with Clenbuterol then I don´t see why the stimulants in OTC supps should be a problem. Only the extra caffeine could be a problem.

I'll try the eno thanks bud.

One thing is for sure though, while on it my appetite is totally surpressed.I basically have to force the food down.At some stage during the day I'll have an appetite to eat something but once the meal is infront of me,it's such a mission to have more than two or three bites.

Today my sister got measured up at gym. She has lost a total of 33cm (10cm of her tummy) from her last measurement done in November 2013 to today (17 March 2014) :woohoo: She has only been to gym for about 5 times since November to today. She stopped using FFF at the end of January as she was out of SA for 3 weeks in February and had a foot injury and only got back to gym today which is 4 weeks after returning to SA.

I also haven't been to gym much in the last 3 months due to commitments but I kept taking FFF for the last 2 months. My weight is back up to 120kg and I have picked up size in my thighs and tummy even though I have been on FFF.

This was a good test to see if just taking the product alone will yield any fat loss results. Like Albert mentioned, this is not a miracle pill. My sister maintained fat loss even without gyming probably because she doesn't eat any food with wheat in it such as bread, pasta, etc. Her carbs come from rice, potato, etc. This last month she indulged in foods with wheat and picked up 1.2kg and wasnt using FFF. I on the other hand was eating anything and everything without gyming or gyming lightly just once a week and was on FFF. My sister eats chocolate almost every day and magnum ice cream(pomegranate) every few days. Unlike other products that hide behind a disclaimer to say only effective when used in conjunction with a kilojoule restricted diet, FFF is effective but the level of effectiveness is determined by how you manage your diet.

I'm busy structuring an eating plan now for myself to consume 300g of protein a day + 1 cup of oats within the 8 hour eating period for a 16/8 intermittent fasting regime. I train fasted and break the fast with a protein shake after gym. I did similar last year in my 1st 90 day FFF cycle and dropped to my lowest weight in over 10 years of 115.5kg which was over 10kg loss. This time I want to make sure I'm hitting the minimum 300g protein mark, train regularly and see how I shape up. I feel that I can keep to it with FFF :)

Live longer by a healthy lifestyle sooner rather than later :)

I've used the stuff with amazing results before and I want to get back on it asap

Thanks guys and I hope I didn't break any rules with this post.. If I did, I'll delete it

There should be a fresh batch in about a week, maybe even sooner if the factory can finish before the weekend.

Hi everyone
Some info before my Q's:
After an accident some years ago that left my right leg in traction (and me in bed) for 8 months I gained some serious weight.Even when I was out of bed and walking on crutches I kept on gaining weight.
Things are going much better now and I could even start doing squads 7 months ago. (for me this was a BIG moment)
Age : 35
Height (1.79m)
Weight wise these are my Stats :
Jan'13 149.9 kg
Feb'13 149.3 kg
Mar'13 148.7 kg
Apr'13 147.4 kg
May'13 147.6 kg
Jun'13 148.0 kg
Jul'13 146.8 kg
Aug'13 144.8 kg
Sep'13 145.0 kg
Oct'13 143.7 kg
Nov'13 139.9 kg
Dec'13 135.3 kg
Jan'14 134.8 kg
Feb'14 136.1 kg
Mar'14 134.9 kg
I've been working really , really hard to get the weight down, started @ 168 kg . The fact that I have limited movement doesn't make it easy , I still can't run.
My diet is good , but I allow myself 1 weekend a month to enjoy junk food with the kids when we go for an outing or something.
I'm very happy with my results to date , but the doctor at work gave me till End Oct'14 to tip the scale at 110 kg or less otherwise I'll be declared medically unfit for my line of work. He needs to enforce a new law regarding this.
This means I have to go down 25 kg in the next 7 months.
Is this even possible ?
I have never used anything before , will I be able to use FFF ?

Hi all

Received my FFF on Saturday 29 March and started on Sunday 30 March.
Weighed in at 105.8 on Saturday morning.
Weighed in at 103.4 today.

2.4kgs in 3 days. This seems very rapid for me but I have been training pretty hard with a session on Sunday and Monday. Drinking and pissing a load of water. Excrement is horrid and having problems sleeping but it seems to be easing down today.

Goal weight is 85kgs with sub 10% BF. Wish me luck.

JustJ. Mate you have done really well.

Before you add things like FFF you have to be 100% health wise. These things are potent stimulants and I'm assuming you possibly have other health issues like BP.

If that's the case I would not recommend any stimulant.

But what you're doing is working. Why change a winning recipe. I would say it's more important to paste your diet and the amounts you're eating add well as the calories. Go to www.fatsecret.co.za and you will get total calorific details of your food. Your exercise regimen would also help as it could possibly be tweaked. Very NB to try and shake up your exercises to keep shocking the body.

25kg in 7 months is very doable but you must make sure your diet is spot-on. Your metabolism is going full throttle and by eating correctly you will not need to take stimulants which may be dangerous.

Quick question.

A mate in the same situation as me hasn't been able to train in a while. He wants to start again and at the same time start with FFF.

I suggested he train for at least a month to get his body fitter and used to gymn again (that's my plan). It will be more effective. He has been sorting his diet so that's on track.

Is my reasoning correct or must he (and in that case, me too) "fk the icebergs, full steam ahead! "

@CycloTrpTyr: Yeah makes perfect sense bud, so to use FFF to break a plateau. Get as fit and lean in a certain time frame, then break records with chemicals :D
