thank you admin.

But does this paragraph mean, if one HAD high blood pressure before and taking medication for it, then it must be monitored closely by a professional?

Or if one DID NOT have high blood pressure before, but the blood pressure now increases, then they must take high blood medication to control the blood pressure?

In medicine, a contraindication is a condition or factor that serves as a reason to withhold a certain medical treatment.

The paragraph means that if you have high blood-pressure you should not take FFF, unless you receive effective treatment for it and you are monitored by a professional.

Meaning, if you did not have high blood pressure before taking FFF, but now the blood pressure has increased, must have it checked out, that it doesn't go crazy.

But if you currently have high blood pressure, you should not take FFF. A ok

First day on FFF.

Took it on an empty stomach- 6.30am, followed by a protein shake at 7am (I eat a full breakfast at 7.30 when I arrive at work)

Within 10 minutes of taking it I had slight stomach pain, almost like a bloated feeling, this only lasted around 5 minutes and then no further problem.

Next up I noticed my breath change it odor, not bad but just a change and then a definite dry mouth set in, also an increase in urinary output :)

Other than that no dizziness or headaches and a definite improvement in mental alertness.

Trained at 11.30, energy levels were great, got stuck in and sweating was up.

Cardio after work today so looking forward to it, will report back further.

So I started Ff15 yesterday and had a great energetic day but today I'm exhausted..? I had my dose at 5 this morning before training had a good session but by 10 I couldn't keep my eyes open. I canceled with a client and slept from 10:30 till 12 and I could climb back into bed rite now.
I slept well last night so I dont get it, has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Rhino, not to state the obvious but did you eat enough? FF15 has definitely suppressed my appetite.

OK, thanks to eskom I've had nothing better to do than read all 23 pages of this thread :pinch:

Now I have no intention of using FFF anytime soon, but am wondering about the yohimbine? If you take it with your morning oats and whey, wouldn't the insulin spike completely blunt the effects of the yohimbine?
Just curious :P

That's why it's recommended to take FFF before breakfast, but as with any herbal product there is the likelihood that it will upset your stomach and then you will have to take it with food. In the end it will still work whichever way you take it so don't get lost in the details.

Hey guys

I would like to know if it would be wise to take FFF during PCT while still eating 500+ calories above maintenance to help you keep as much muscle as possible since the FFF keeps you a little anabolic?

Thanks in advance.

Also got a quick Q :) I've taken FFF before with a lot of success!
Now.. I'd like to go back on it but my cholestrol is a bit high at 6.2, and i'm wondering if FFF may be a bad idea?

thanks guys

No problem. 6.2 Total Chol is far from a problem, it very much depends on your HDL vs LDL ratio. For example you could be on Total Chol of 9, but 6 is HDL and 3 is LDL so your Chol is perfect.

I took my first dose of FFF this am... Thought I would share my feedback so far.

Firstly I am 1.80m tall and 83kg, I am around 16% body fat(Presuming..? Top Abs showing)
Already dropped 5kg since Jan 1st, through diet and hard work, looking to FFF for that little bit
of assistance on an already hectic program.

took the fff around 5am and by 5:20 I was already feeling the buzzzz
did my 5min warm up on the rowing machine and straight away felt warmer.
Powered through my whole workout upping my weights across most of the sets compared to last week.
Sweated waaay more, and I am not a sweaty person.

Finished my workout with 10min of HIIT sprints and definitely felt the higher heart rate.

Now a few hours later and I still feel the buzz, but feeling good, aware, alert, fokken ninja!

Sweet

Day 3...
Yesterday was an off day, felt the effects but definitely not the same as day 1.
Forgot to mention on day 1 that I did not experience any nausea, but I am experiencing dry mouth.

Today was legs day, woke up with a messed up stomach and I think some of the tablets may have passed
without being properly absorbed first, still sweated buckets though!

One thing though last night I battled to sleep, I know some have mentioned very vivid dreams,
well I seemed to have very vivid memory recall. Last year August I went on a dream over seas trip,
last night I spent all night being able to recall every last detail. Super weird, awesome and yet
frustrating not being able to sleep.
