BAD IDEA!

There are warnings against it.
That said... I tried taking both :pinch:
Found that it intensified clen sides way beyond reason.

One or the other IMO

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Use the FFF for a couple of weeks on its own and thereafter add the Clen when the sides are easy to deal. I wouldn't run both from the start.

Best is to go through small cycles I've found. A couple of weeks on one (effective duration range) and then a couple of weeks on the other. Example: 4 weeks on chemical (clen/albuterol) then 4 weeks on herbal/alternative/non-stimulant (FFF/commercial/GW). Try to target different pathways like this. Most effective for receptor sensitivity ect in my experience. :)

Don't mean to cherry pick but I wouldn't do 4 weeks Clen/Alb and then 4 weeks FFF, as they are both Beta agonists. .

Yeah not a FFF veteran didn't realise that (white willow bark I'm guessing is the main culprit? ) , but I did mention to use agents that use different pathways/ mechanisms.

Can FFF be used if you have a spastic colon?

You don't get it by wishing, staring, or hoping. You don't get it easy. You get it by working your ass off every single day.

One of FFF's side-effects are constipation, so it could make things worse.

Hi Guys

My wife is on day 7 using FFF.
She is 35 years old, weighing 54kg. In the gym with a personal trainer for
6 days a week ... 1 hour cardio and about 45 mins weight training.
Her diet is good ... as prescribed by trainer... except for eating fish.

Body fat
Tricep-14
scopular-5
Ilium-3
Abs-10
Thigh-22

Anyways ... as she is struggling with the thigh area I thought FFF would be the answer.
But now after 7 days I'm a bit worried that the capsules we got is filled with 'baby powder'
Because she has no side effects or 'pro' effects.
She takes it as prescribed, in the morning just after having a bowl of oats at about 7:00.
Then it's off to gym from 8:00 to about 10:00.
It doesn't give her 'the shakes' or the energy rush. It doesn't take away her hunger or make her pee all day, by 18-19:00 in the evenings she's paste ... wants to sleep.

So now I'm starting to wonder .. should I let her push through for the full 30days or stop it and put her on something else.
I have a 6 month supply of Relislim S6 ?

Slowly, I think it has a less profound impact on active/in shape people.
I had hardly any of the talked about sides.

But then I noticed my body temp was up slightly.
I was sleeping lighter.
Also, made me a bit constipated - Needed to drink a lot more.

My appetite was definitely suppressed.
But it's not the cure all.

Try training fasted.
Watch out for carbs i.e. oats - not all are equal.
Start a new thread and post her stats again, include her height (54 is light depending on your height)
Post her diet too.

Working out like a slave won't compensate for diet.

Just a quick question (sorry if its been answered before)

But is FFF legal in SA?

Like for example can you find it in a shop or will you only be able to get it from your "guy"

Do it right the first time.

Yes, that's common in the beginning. It should go away after a week or so.
