The initial drop in water is good, shows that you are responding positively to the herbals. Hope it goes well for you, FFF is a product that needs long term use though, 3 months +

Thank you admin. As long as it works. I'm sick and tired of paying over R600 for shelved fat burners that offer empty promises. I have used clen before. I responded well to it but I wanna see how this goes. I was going to go with CYT3 but I'm not happy with the side effects of T3.

If you taking your FFF in the am and training in pm, it shouldnt be a problem...

What's fascinating is that at Karate last night, I sweat my m..r off much more than usual.constantly dropping 200g per day while maintaining decent macros. Initial drop was 3.4kg

Almost on week two now. My girlfriend says that she can see a difference in my stomach area especially when she views from the side. I haven't weighed myself yet. Weekends are normally my problem areas due to eating whatever I want... Like I did last weekend. But I will fight the good fight. Let's just say that my jeans that used to fit me pre 15 December 2016 is fitting again although it's tight, which means I lost fat in my legs as well. I will be taking a week 2 pic on Monday and will allow that thought to keep me motivated this weekend.

Hey peeps. I'm almost done with the first bottle and I think maybe it will be better to post after I am done with it to give a decent indication for those intending to use but want to see the results correctly. I am still losing nicely and have no complaints. My jeans is still tight but doesn't hurt anymore. My acne has flared up a bit in my face though. But other than that it's going great.

Okay guys so here you have it. Yesterday was my last serving of my first bottle of FFF. I must say that I'm impressed by the results so far. I hope this speaks for itself. I started on 94.3kg and this morning prior to the toilet business, I weighed 88.0kg which is a total loss of 6.3kg off one bottle. I had a slight issue with acne in my face but that cleared. I purchased my next bottle yesterday and started this morning. Can anyone tell me this? My previous bottle had a blue cap and no tamper proof seal but the new one has a red cap and a tamper proof seal? Many thanks. I finally found something worth spending my cash on.

Lol shukran bro. Yeah it's good. The thing is, a lot of the ingredients used to be legal and now its not. Like white willow and yerba mate. Those are all things that work. I'm enjoying this product. It took a whole year to come to CPT as I knew about it for some time. No more expensive, useless fat burners for me. Now I actually want to work hard towards getting my shit in order and getting lean.

About the messy room, I will make a plan about that. It's just that Virgin Active is full of shit when taking pics in the locker room.
