Because of the FFF? How did you remedy this if I may ask?

He gives the solution in his previous reply: "I sorted this out by reducing my fluid intake after 18:00 at night."

Aah tried that, doesn't matter to me when I stop fluid intake at night. :(

Hey Guys,

I have been on FFF for just over 6 weeks now.

Had a Cholesterol and Test done , my bad cols where 4.9 and test was 238.

Docs put me on meds for the cols, but said Test will improve with this also.

Any link, and can I go on with the FFF on cholesterol meds.

doc has me on Zuvamor at the moment.
Worried abit about my Test as well, but the DR says it could be the high col levels are blocking the receptors, hence the slow down.

Do you guys think it would be a stupid idea to take FFF while bulking. Especially if eating a lot is hard for me to do (I forget while working)

Going to check if my supplier has the stuff

Read the 3F profile, there is an entire paragraph dedicated to blood pressure.

Got my FFF on Thursday and started on Friday. This is my second day on it and it's quite amazing so far.

I don't know if this might affect me negatively but with FFF my focus is through the roof and I found myself working until 4 this morning. I got a total of 2.5 hours sleep and still feel fine.

I've had no sides other than dry mouth and firetruckism.

Will post my results and where I started in 30 days time.

Lucky. I could not get stock.

Bought my gf heat 120. Went to the gym. Went well she hit a pr with squats but she became very nauseous very fast. I think its because she took it on an empty stomach.
