Yep, those are the usual side-effects some individuals struggle with. Not much one can do about them I'm afraid.

Dankie Oupa. I will persevere and finish my bottles of FFF first.

You could add a low dose of Clen, but you have to monitor yourself very closely. Try not to go over 60mcg of clen on the high end when combining with 3F.

Been a while since I posted here but holy shreddedness!!! :silly:

I started my summer cut a 4 weeks ago and decided to use FFF.
Previously I struggled to hit single digits and with stall around 10-11% because would be constantly hungry.
I would start at 500 under maintenance and decrease calories as I progress into my cut, eventually doing 30 min cardio 4 times a week. This was brutal!!!

This time around I am not hungry at all and have no prob hitting my macros per day. Infact I have to remind myself to eat.

Starting
weight: 77kg
Bf%: ~13%

Currently: 74kg
Bf: 9-10%

The first week was definitely a loss of water weight as I misbehaved for 6 weeks with a diet of doughnuts and some home treats.

My size 30 jeans now hangs on me

I still have four weeks left and hope to get to 8%.

Appetite suppresssion: 9/10 - first two weeks I force fed myself. The effect has gotten weaker but I don't feel like I am starving. I usually take two days off when I feel the effects weaken and get back on.

Energy levels: 8/10 - I am hyperactive on fff :P . Energy in gym is much improved. I am doing a strength routine and I am getting stronger while dropping bf. The downside I do get somewhat edgy and paranoid but nothing I can't deal with.

Muscle sparing 11/10 - This is the beauty of this product, I don't think I lost any mucsle infact I think I gained a few 100 grams.

Overall I think this is a solid product that has enabled me to stick to my calories with ease. You have to increase your water intake as you do sweat and urinate a lot. I drink between 3-4l. When I was drink 2l I felt my muscle were flat. This could just be initial cutting paranoia.

Cheers have a good one! I do apologise for the poor spelling and grammar.

How nice it would be if we experienced side-effects like the ones you might get when using FFF when you are doing the stuff that makes u accummulate bodyfat! Unfortunately, the process of fat loss isnt as easy as the process of creating fat on our bodies

I'm on my last day of my 2 week period off FFF. Tomorrow I will start my 2nd 90 day cycle of FFF. In the 2 week off-FFF period, I went to gym twice in the 1st week, havnt been to gym in the 2nd week, ate really unclean(more carbs than I should have consumed) and ate large portions of food. I did this all on purpose to see how much of the weight may come back. I put on around 2kg. This isn't bad at all considering it could have been lower if I kept to sensible fat loss eating and exercise. :P

The breakouts my sister had has subsided during the 2 week off-FFF period. She sticks to wheat-free and gluten free food as she found she is allergic to wheat & gluten and it gave her severe migraines. Perhaps those experiencing headaches should also eliminate wheat & gluten products from their eating as the FFF heightens sensitivity so it could be causing your side-effects.

Live longer by a healthy lifestyle sooner rather than later :)

Before I continue to share some results and statistics with you, I will need to clarify a few things first. As a registered Sports Physician, it will be unethical for me to prescribe or even suggest the use of any product that may lead to a positive adverse analytical finding in an anti-doping test. Yohimbine and Tribulus have been placed on WADA’s watch list for quite some time now, accompanied with the warning of possible positive testing. 3F contains both these two herbal substances – I can thus only speculate that this is why the product carries the warning against its use where positive dope testing may be a problem. Furthermore, the information I will now provide you, is purely observational and to provide some insight into possible results when the product is used properly. None of these individual cases had 3F prescribed or provided to them by myself.

there u go bru ...Doctari B)

MCJ what sides did you experience on FOF?

Got to say I used FFF for a couple of weeks and going back to FOF - as with FOF I get NO sides at all.

With FFF
I got goosebumps
Skin breakouts
Feel unfit when doing cardio / out of breath quick
And my fat loss overall seemed better with FOF

On FOF I was constantly nauseous. Had zero appetite and struggled with meals. Puked almost every workout and workout days like back and legs I couldn't complete as I was totally drained before I was done. Since I stopped the FOF my workouts have been much better and no nausea.

Ok....I won't lie....this stuff kicked my arse all over the place yesterday! Workout wasn't too bad though but sweated like a mudder trucker. Struggled a bit to get all my supper down but other than that was fine. Sleep wasn't affected.

This morning I had 3F at 5am, did cardio from 5.35 - 6am. Heart rate between 150-160bpm. Sweated a lot and was getting very hot. Handling it much better so far today. Still have goosebumps and feels like my food is constantly sitting just below my throat.

Hi guys,

quick question for the knowledgeable.
My mom is 53 and following a decent diet, however she would like to try something like FFF or possibly FOF. Would just like to find out if these products are known to have any worst side affects on a lady of that age,as don't want her to try something that is going to cause a problem.

thanks guys

I don't know about older ladies but I know my chick tried it for a week and she didn't like the feeling of being wired. She said she was getting anxious and the crash was terrible.

I have seen FFF been used with great results on healthy females aged 50 - 55. Only real side was the menopause hot flushes was more intense and regular.

@Garth: my wife is 47, has been on 3F for two months now. She did get an unpleasant buzz off it for the first few days, but now no problems. Has lost at least 10kg on it, without really trying.
