I find it particularly interesting when I go to Karate classes that I have more energy now than before using. But that's also probably due to being healthier now. Anyway, fat loss seems to be a bit slow now. Still trying to get over my weekends but the losses are roughly between 350-550g a week. I also am noticing that my upper body is developing nicer, or I can see it looking better. I do feel stronger and I am getting stronger. My weight training sessions are max 45 minutes due to it being an hour lunch break. I am fortunate to work two minutes drive away from work.

you work 2 minutes drive away from work? thats crazy LOL

jokes aside.don't look at the weight loss as a guideline of progress. i personally prefer the mirror. the scale doesn't show you where you have lost fat and gained muscle.
you know your body best and will definitely see the improvements even if the scale doesn't show any changes

Two minutes away from gym... Typo... Yeah I don't bother with the scale anymore actually. Just stand on it from time to time. I couldn't tie my laces in 2013 and went into a major transformation since then. Lost a lot of fat. Been fluctuating the years that followed so the scale is kinda a part of my life. I was a fat kid. I mostly use mirror and clothes now.

Only the factory knows, they didn't publish doses to prevent the copy-cats from making a clone.

If you are sensitive to caffeine, don't attempt what I did. Caffeine effects on me only start at 0.75g which I suspect was slightly more. I had a shit load of energy this morning and I still do. I use the new Evox Pre Surge Alpha pre workout. The combo us no joke. I don't think I'll attempt this again, alas, I survived.

Just an update. 1.9kg away from losing my first 10kg. I have been consistently losing about a kilo per week. My weekends still not eating correctly but I guess it's okay if the losses are so well. I don't over indulge but have savouries here and there. Still on my second bottle. I noticed that my belly area is going in, but also lifting up. Upper body area and legs are looking much better now as well.

Hey guys. Last serving tomorrow of the second bottle then I'm going to put it on hold for a while as I'm going to try Test E from next Monday onwards.

I will post my update on Friday. Been going really well so far again. Weight not coming down much but the cm is dropping nicely. 1.3kg away from a 10kg loss now.

Didn't take numbers this morning but this is the progress after the second bottle. Gonna take one week of Ripped Freak and two weeks of Clen. What is becoming increasingly visible is the skin that my muffin top has been hiding all these years. I'll pick up on FFF again when I find a supplier that isn't a douchebag.

in my opinion... drinks are a no go if trying to lose fat.

Yes I agree, but it's difficult to not a have a whiskey or two after a round of golf on a Saturday. Look I am sure if you keep it to a minimum it shouldn't be a problem.

Does the whiskey fit your macros? If i'm not mistaken there is roughly 97 calories per shot of whiskey depending on the proof of whiskey. I doubt that moderate booze will be affected by fff, however you're just peeing away your money by drinking.

Just keep an eye on your heart rate, otherwise all good.
