any word on when the new batch will arrive??

Latest news is next week, but this time they sounded certain. The pharma company that does the manufacturing had some issues with a labour union apparently.

Sorry if this has been asked, currently my pre-workout is a very large black coffee on the way to gym (5:30am). Would it be best taking this after training, or before training, with or without the coffee?

This might be a stupid question but I thought I would check. I am allergic to Shellfish, so can I take FFF? I see that it contains 'Iodine AAC' but not sure how that's different from the run of the mill Iodine that's in Shellfish.

But. If you REALLY, REALLY, REALLY want to take CLA.
Buy sunflower cooking oil. Way cheaper than cla caps but the same stuff...

There are no CLA's (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) in Sunflower Oil I think you are confusing them with Linoleic Acid (LA).

my day 3 on FFF.

Saturday mornings gym session was on fire, sweated so much i couldn't piss, curled and dead lifted more than my previous max.

had to stop 3 times and blow my nose tho, whats up with that?
stopped all coffee and stimulants , just Glutamine , creatine and BCAA.

Last night went to bed about 10: 45 pm
had the best sleep of my recent life.
Woke up at 11:30 pm.

Only slept again at 4am.
woke up at 4:30 am.

i am however full of energy.

any one have a cure for the insomnia?

Try Beta Sleep it's over the counter and really affordable and I found it didn't make me tired in the morning.

Beta sleep makes me feel groggy the following morning , but essential when I'm on albuterol an does help with sleep. Otherwise Melatonin works for me.

Took 2 beta sleep caps at 7 last night. Was up at 4 am and off to gym. Sleep was dead. Real proper no dreams close my eyes and woke up with immense energy . Thanks for the advice.

Had anyone who has taken FFF trained mostly at night after taking it in the mornings? How was your energy during your workouts?

Yes i have. If i had a shitty day, energy levels was low until my workout started. But once i got going, there was no stopping.

The main problem i found with training at night and on FFF is the amount of fluid i consumed while training and the short intervals of visiting the loo every few hours during sleep. a week or 2 in and i was dead tired during the day due to a lack of sleep.

I sorted this out by reducing my fluid intake after 18:00 at night.

hi guys

with regards to the fluid intake, i usually take about 3-4.5 liters a day, i try and stop drinking water around 18:00 after my workout. i sweat a lot and i go to the loo frequently. But during the night i still wake up a lot. Do i need to reduce the intake or what?

Hmm sounds alright then. Did you take any kind of preworkout to aid you? I don't want to take any other kind of stimulant or caffeine because I already have insomnia. I often only get to train at around 9pm and don't want my workout intensity to suffer due to adrenal fatigue.

Shooo bud 21:00pm is late...

I have tested FFF with and without various pre workouts. Training after 19:00 and taking a pre workout makes sleeping for me almost impossible on or off FFF.

The only sleeping issues i had was visiting the loo every +- 2 hours, but i sorted that.

Give it a go, it works ! If you dont like it, i will buy it off u :)

Because of the FFF? How did you remedy this if I may ask?
