Is she using Activelle to reduce her intensity of her hot flushes and reduce the chance of osteoporosis or does she have vaginal atrophy?

She might slap you for asking her, so be prepared :D

53 is the new 30 :P

Get her 3F and see how she responds to it. The possibility of hot flushes being more intense is a possibility so please inform her of this.

DO NOT increase the dosage of Activelle to reduce the intensity of the menopause sides, stay on the current dose.

Hi all. Is FFF freely available or are we still going the undergoround route??. This is a first I am hearing about this product, and it sounds AMAZING!! Now.., I know I can't ask for sources if it's illegal... But my usual supplier hasn't even heard of the stuff :(

So should I keep asking around, or can I go to the local health shop after work?

Peace out!

Hey Prog
Have you managed to hold onto most of the gains you made on cycle?

Up your magnesium mineral intake and sodium. You can always supplement with Tuarine.

Big Boy wrote: How nice it would be if we experienced side-effects like the ones you might get when using FFF when you are doing the stuff that makes u accummulate bodyfat! Unfortunately, the process of fat loss isnt as easy as the process of creating fat on our bodies

I'm on my last day of my 2 week period off FFF. Tomorrow I will start my 2nd 90 day cycle of FFF. In the 2 week off-FFF period, I went to gym twice in the 1st week, havnt been to gym in the 2nd week, ate really unclean(more carbs than I should have consumed) and ate large portions of food. I did this all on purpose to see how much of the weight may come back. I put on around 2kg. This isn't bad at all considering it could have been lower if I kept to sensible fat loss eating and exercise. :P

The breakouts my sister had has subsided during the 2 week off-FFF period. She sticks to wheat-free and gluten free food as she found she is allergic to wheat & gluten and it gave her severe migraines. Perhaps those experiencing headaches should also eliminate wheat & gluten products from their eating as the FFF heightens sensitivity so it could be causing your side-effects.

I was off FFF for a month now (waited for supplies) and my skim breakouts didnt clear out :-( decided that I will go back to dermatologist after my FFF cycle or try to get something equal to antibiotics for skin.

Other than that I am super excited dor the results of my next cycle.

My apologies for not posting on here for a while. I've been crazy busy and the FFF is helping me get much more done in a day than I would have! I'm up by 6am and start with my work on my laptop by 8am and then go for meetings and spend the whole night working on my laptop or pc and sleep at 1am or 2am and back up at 6am! Always waking up fresh and energized!

To respond to the above, My mom has started her 2nd cycle of FFF. She is 56 years old and obese with fat accumulation around her abdomen area and has lost weight and clothing sizes on her 1st cycle of 90 days. Her results started showing very quickly and soon she was fitting into jeans that she hadn't worn in probably 4 years and other clothing that she hadn't worn in probably 6 or more years. She does not gym. She does not follow a change i diet (These old people are way too fussy) yet she achieved awesome results. Her water intake increased dramatically and she actually prefers cool water to soft drinks like coke zero.

Live longer by a healthy lifestyle sooner rather than later :)
