I really cant wait to see the difference this is going to make along with going to gym and adjusting my eating habits.

Really positive after reading all the good reviews.

Good luck mudkip. What's your training regime like? I've got little experience with FFF but I remember I hardly got any sides the once I briefly used it, I've read a lot of members got uncomfortable sides. Cheers and ditto about the progress pictures!

So this the program one of the male members at the gym gave me to start off with. I have another one that one of the female trainers gave me but will post that later as i don't have a copy with me.

Day 1:
2 different cardio either 15min treadmill, 15 Eliptical or 10min rowing.

Resistance:
SquatS - 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Leg extension: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
step climbing: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
leg curl-abductor:2 sets of 15-20 reps

Day 2:
Cardio only
15min treadmill, 15min Eliptical or 10min rowing.

Day 3:
Cardio: Again 2 of these: 15min treadmill, 15 Eliptical or 10min rowing.

Resistance:
Pulldowns: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Cable rows: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Chest press: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Pec Dec Flye: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Toe raises for calves: 2 sets of 15-20 reps

Day 4:
Cardio only
15min treadmill, 15min Eliptical or 10min rowing.

Day 5:
Cardio: Again 2 of these: 15min treadmill, 15 Eliptical or 10min rowing.

Shoulder Press: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Dumbell press: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Dumbell kickback: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Pushdowns Triceps: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Dumbell curls: 2 sets of 15-20 reps
Cable Curls: 2 sets of 15-20 reps

There is also some stuff i do on the mat like squats with ball and weights in hand, crunches, leg raises. I cant remember the others but this is also 2 sets of 15-20 reps each and I am supposed to do these everyday. I am going to send them an email to forward it to me so i can post the other training program which is quite different from this one.

I would appreciate any advice :D

I didn't know it is a problem as this is related to fff as i just started using it and then got asked to post routine ect.

I will however start own thread if someone can tell me which section it should be in.

Thanks

it's not a problem.

But now it's moving away from just FFF to very specific info as it relates to you and your diet & training>
Hence the suggestion that maybe a new thread will get better focus & the answers you want.

down the line, I'm sure all will be interested in your specific FFF experience & feedback.

just a suggestion though - not flaming you :-)

Morning guys

Week 3 of gym and healthy lifestyle and week 2 of using FFF. I didn't get to gym as much as i wanted to but back in full swing now, and have to make up for days i missed last week and this week. After getting on the scale at the gym yesterday I am feeling very positive and motivated again!

Added in this weeks stats
Date: 11/6. 25/6 2/6

Weight: 114.7kg 113.7kgs 111kgs
Waist: 134cm 130cm 128cm
Arms 45cm 39cm 38cm
Hips 140cm 132cm 130cm
thigh 78cm 75cm 73cm
Calve 45cm 40cm 39cm

I would usually only measure every 2 weeks but was just excited about the scale only showing a difference. I know it could have been more if I had worked hard end of last week and beginning of this week and watched my diet more closely.

Now as for the FFF, this has really helped me control my cravings, I don't really get those anymore as well as control my excessive eating and constant eating. I don't feel hungry in between meals or the need to snack on anything really. I am thirsty most of the time but this is good because it helps me get my water in, which i often struggle with. I some days feels nauseous for most of the day but this has only been like 2 or 3 times in the two weeks.

I also have a lot more energy at the gym and I don't struggle to do extra 5-10 minutes per cardio machine, just a pity I get bored. So i rather move on to another one and do an extra one. The recovery time is also less, I'm not as sore as I use to be and I am doing more at the gym.

I think that is all for now.

What works well for the nausea is to get some Adco Cyclizine from your pharmacy. It's OTC and works great.

After taking one red cap and one blue cap each day I've ended up with quite abit of blue caps.

Could I take them? If so 1 or 2 caps a day?

Why did you only take one of each instead of 2x Blue and 1x Red?

You can take the blue capsules at the recommended 2x per day, but without the red they just will not have the same effect at all.

I would appreciate feedback from anyone that used FFF recently. Apparently the formula was altered slightly to prevent the nausea and stomach problems, but is it still as effective as before?

Hey admin, about a month or so ago I gave it a shot for a couple of weeks. I do Intermittent Fasting so no food until like 2-3pm. The nausea comes like clockwork a couple of hours (2-3) after ingestion and lasts for about that time too. When I break the fast I feel better. Some days I felt so bad in varsity I completely skipped lifting. Other days I missioned through it and felt like garbage afterwards. On 2 occasions after my session I had to sit in the locker room for 5min to just chill before showing.

I didn't take anything funny (other than my TRT dose) so I've tried to isolate the source and the only thing it could've been was FFF. Sadley. For sure I could have missed something but my diet was constant and no other drugs/meds. That said, I assume most take it fasted to take advantage of the yohimbie. But if you follow a keto diet, yohimbie and yohimbine will still yield a benefit. So that gives users a bit of playing room.

But like mentioned before in this thread, having food in your stomach changes everything.

I want to give it a try in late December when I change my diet, mainly because so many on this forum have received good results I feel like a pussy for quiting because I felt sick. Will post back if I find anything changes.

Hi Admin.

Me and my Girlfriend both used it for the first time in January and again in August. Earlier in Jan. on our first batch we both had to drop it due to nausea we both only finished a bottle each then. August mid August I ran a 90day cycle of it back to back and it was way better than the first time I tread it during Jan. I took it 30-40mins before my morning runs. Only lost the most weight during the 1st month of the 3month cycle.

It is on you. It always has been...

Admin my sister said to me that something doesn't feel right with the new formula of FFF and she was one of the 1st people to use it years ago and had excellent results. She feels its not as effective and doesn't have the same kick as it did previously. She is using it this month and started following an eating plan but the rate of weight loss seems lower than when she just used FFF without following any eating plan.

I never got back onto FFF as yet since I wanted to lose more weight/fat without any products. I've now lost just over 20kg by focusing on my eating and I want to start using FFF again due to it doing more than just fat loss for me when I used it. It gave me more strength, recovery and kept me in a feel-good mood.

Can you let us know what ingredient was changed or replaced in the original formula?

Live longer by a healthy lifestyle sooner rather than later :)

Me and lallie (my girlfiend also a member on the forum) will try again and let you know how it goes and how it stacks up to the old now. Was the ones I used from Mid August to recently still the unchanged formula? Or when did it change Admin? I will also get Lieka to try FFF she is a big Fuck off Fat fan and claims it works wonders for her so would like to hear how she says the two compare

It is on you. It always has been...
