@Furk - Hey man, na im all out of Clen but ive placed an order for FFF. Im going to run it for its entire course, by my estimation its a one month course, 90tabs @ 3 a day. My training regime won't change much, and neither will my diet. Im eating at a caloric deficit of approximately 300-400 calories, and that's factoring in the calorie burn on my cardio.

My current training program is quite simple: Weight training, followed by a run on the next day. So its weights, run, weights, run, etc for 5 days a week. I allow Saturday and Sunday as rest days, however I rarely ever allow myself not to run on an off day. If i don't get my exercise in, i cannot sleep. This has become such a habit that even on nights that i go out with friends for a drink or two, when i get home i go to gym, regardless of time.

Its just the lifestyle ive fallen into.

Got 2 gym sessions this week. Weighed myself this morning (mainly because of curiosity) and I weighed 119.4kg - my lowest weight ever!

@Furk - I don't really have much of a problem with constipation - I was replying to the other forum user who did have a problem with it  I find that eating half a cup oats a day helps me and I'm going to add some bran to the oats to increase the fibre.

@AndreSA - I'm no expert but I don't think it's advisable to train so quick after alcohol consumption. You might suffer a heart attack no matter how fit you are.

Big Boy wrote: Love your Transformation avatar pic Fatboy :cheer: Well done! It gives me good inspiration to see guys transform like that.

I read the thread that you have a link to and got excited because I am also doing the Intermittent Fasting system of eating now. I started about 2 weeks ago and the FFF helps alot because of it's appetite suppressing benefits. It was funny to read the part about the scale remaining the same or showing higher weight but the mirror and clothes showing that you have lost fat! Same situation here

My lack of knowledge about macros and working out calories is my weakness!

Thanks for the kind words BB. I suggest you arm yourself with calorie counting know how, as diet is key when trying to sustainably lose fat and transform your body composition. Luckily there are some awesome threads (Dieting 101 etc.) and some very knowledgeable members on this board that will assist you wherever possible.

Good luck with your journey.

Today is my 49th day on FFF. I weighed myself this morning before taking today's dose and my weight is now 118.7kg :woohoo: The amount of fat lost so far isn't truely reflected by my weight and the proof is in the fitting (not pudding  ) because the clothing falls off me and I'm getting compliments from the females about looking good! :woohoo:

My sister has informed me that females may put on some weight around their menstruation cycle when it's time for their period as the body will retain some water so females using FFF should take this into consideration and avoid being too dependent on a scale to monitor their progress as it will probably fluctuate and demotivate themselves.

I love the way FFF has affected my sleep. I get good rest from whatever sleep I get and can get more done in my day with very minimal fatigue.

Update

+- 5 weeks in.

No mood swings, no weird dreams, definite energy increase as you start training. No insomnia issues. Afternoon naps are better than ever. No headaches to report.

Definite appetite suppressant, and perfect for calorie deficit diets. I can also confirm that 3f sheds excess water.

Fine muscle tremors are present in various muscles especially after cardio days.

Sweating is hectic while training. Sweating with the slightest body activity is present, even when feeding the dogs haha.

Air conditioning is recommended when using 3F :D

Switched to 3F yesterday. Had the best sleep last night and best workout today that I've had in a really long time. Don't know if it's 'cause I dropped the Yohimbe and Albuterol or the 3F I've started. I felt really good and almost "euphoric" today. ...oh and really sweating and "intense" feeling in the gym. Did not expect that from this product.

On IF currently so I can't comment on the appetite suppression as I don't have issues while fasting.

On my 56th Day using FFF. Weighed myself this morning before taking today's dosage and I weighed in at 117.4kg.

I only managed going 2 days to the gym this week. My training session is about 1.5 hours in total including rest periods.

I'm adapting to the IF 16:8 system of eating quiet easily due to the appetite suppression I get from FFF.

Overall I am enjoying this product

Stick with it, I promise you it gets better. Day 2 the trip will be gone and the nausea subsides, just eat before you take it and don't skip a day cause then it's like day 1 all over again. Day 1 I thought I was going to die now I look back and it's funny.

Been reading through ALL these pages on FFF, my husband suggested I try this, think he's tired of me bitching and moaning that I can't loose weight!

Judging from everyone's feedback it seems well worth it. I'm just not big on stimulants but keen to try this out.

Hi Meba and welcome to our humble forum. First get your diet sorted before you jump on the fatburners. Create your own thread and post exactly what you eat, as well as your stats (height, length, age, weight, attitude, etc.)

Ok, so 90% of my post wasn't posted.

I started FFF with:
Height 174cm
Weight 57.6kg

Day 1: I took the tabs on an empty stomach followed by a glass of water, and ate 30 mins after.
Seriously understand your "buzz" word. My hands and feet went cold and clammy. Had huge energy, so went on my spin bike. Felt like I could go forever. Drank loads of water and visited the loo way too many times. Had a headache on day 1. Usually have some red wine at night.....but FFF has put me off. And my appetite is non existent.

Day 2: (only thought to measure today)
Weight 56.6
Waist 56.5cm
Hip 70.5cm
Chest 77.5cm

The "buzz" can feel a bit hectic, but def tolerable. For me it's at it's worst for the first 3 hours of taking, and then becomes "comfortable".
I usually wake up and stay awake for 2 to 3 hours, but on this the last two nights I wake and go straight back to sleep. I am waking up before my husband, which is unusual, and I'm waking up in a good mood, which NEVER happens

I realize that I'm not over weight. But I've been having major hormone issues and the result is added weight, no matter what I do. I weighed a comfortable 53 in Jan! And would like to get back to that!
