Can wash my sport bras on those abs ;P

So how's the ladies weight loss coming along...?

I'm going to give it a go in Sept but not looking forward to the rage or increased libido!

Has it cut out the cravings for chocolates???

Need some before and after pics soon - clothes are optional. Teasing.

Im sorry I just don't buy into this side effect at all, RAGE, please have self control, I have been on this for almost 3 weeks now and I am on enough Tren and enough of a calorie deficit diet to warrant murder! No I am actually still very calm and able to exercise self control.
There is no excuse to completely snap, at some stage we have to outgrow making excuses for situations and external stimuli that warrant an aggressive response. It's people and attitudes like that which give this sport a bad name.

Its a bit soon but in terms of sides
Day 1, buzz with irritability
Day 2, buzz gone, more energy, did not have to pace myself during workouts, irritability gone
Day 3, buzz still gone, feeling energetic
To soon to post results
Using the toilet a little more frequently but I am sure its because I have increased my water intake. as a rule I normally drink 3% of my body weight in water so I have added an extra litre and this was not by choice. Thirsty man.

Feeling good.

One week in.

+- 1kg (800g) down in one week with 3F. I did not change anything with my diet. I dont feel an energy boost but noticed and increase in perseverance. Definite decrease in appetite. Libido increase. Body temp is up about 0.6 - 0.8 deg. Definite increased heart rate and diastolic blood pressure slight increase.

No irritability to report, no mood swings.

 This FFF is not gonna be good for tiny people who wanna take on the world

Anyways on a serious note, Yesterday was my 30th day using FFF.

My weight this morning was 121.2kg. I weighed 124.5kg before starting my 30 days of FFF. That's a 3.3kg difference in a month according to the scale.

It may not seem like much BUT I am at my strongest and fittest I have ever been in possibly my whole life! I definitely lost alot of fat and put on some muscle behind what fat still is on me. I can see visible changes to my body and will take some pics later. Hoping the differences will be visible in the pics. Scales are like our government- they lie in our faces!!! My clothes are falling off me!

It's work in progress and FFF seems to cover all the bases in terms of fat loss and lean muscle tissue gain so I am going to continue with it for another 2 months and then take the recommended off time b4 continuing with it again. :cheer:

Just the last bit at the bottom to go.

Glad that lifts are still good and strong which im taking as a sign that im not losing too much muscle in the process.

Fluids still pretty much going straight through.

Im honestly even doing more at work due to good energy throughout the day.

Also turns out its the fff that makes my scalp itch. Goes away about an hour after drinking it now.

@pr0gr3s1v3 - Looking good man, no homo

I posted yesterday that my weight was 121.2kg. I had my morning cup of green tea, went to gym, drank about 3L of water, pissed a hell of a lot yesterday and through the night, I ate 1/2 cup oats, 2 eggs, a steak, a portion of beans. I weighed myself this morning just for curiosity and I had to weigh myself about 5 times to make sure it wasn't an error. My weight this morning was 120.1kg :woohoo:

I did eat alot more on saturday and sunday than yesterday and I don't gym on weekends. Very interesting observations that I never really thought about before

Well done guys, looking good :)

I'm going for an assessment tomorrow and will then go once a month for an assessment. Will post results as soon as I have them.

So my result are as follows:

Before FFF

Weight 61,4kg's
BF 16,8%

3 weeks on FFF

Weight 60,9kg's
BF 18,5%

This is rather confusing as muscle tone has improved a lot. To me 1,7% is a lot. Any advise to drop the BF %?

Maybe the test was inaccurate? Very possible, especially if it's one of those machine at VA. I can gain 3% bf in an hour on those things.

MA - Both tests were done by the same PT. She recons it could be water weight

Yes it is water weight most likely. Calipers can't tell the difference between water and fat. Don't worry. Since your muscle tone has improved while now also carrying excess water retention then all's definitely good.

I rate the product highly but its strange stuff, I have dropped from 112 to 111KG but visually it would appear so much more. Vascularity has increased, abs are sticking out nicely and I have extra shoulder and back definition etc.
