yep change that to 5/10 minutes

Consider getting a catheter, then you can empty your bag every 45min or you can even run the tube out the window if you work in an office.

bwahahahaha... nah, i'll stick with going to the loo every 5mins...

Day 5 update

I had a gym session today.
No nausea whatsoever this time around and was sweating alot.

Had a very minor cramp in my abdomen but I think I can attribute that to the 30 hanging knee raises(i think that's what it's called :silly:) and the 15 incline bench sit ups and the 30 low cable side bends.

Energy was high and I got through my sets easily but I have found an increase in strength. I usually finish my 3rd set on the cable seated row at number 14 on the weight stack but today I got 6 reps of number 16 on the weight stack in my 3rd set. The last plate is number 18 so I'm almost at full weight there.

On the seated dumbell curls I usually keep to 14kg dumbells x 10 reps, 16kg dumbells x 8 and then 16kg dumbells again x 6. Today I started with 2 sets (x10 and x8) with the 16kg dumbells and I did my 3rd set using 18kg dumbells x 6.

I do a superset of standing barbell curls with standing outer bicep dumbbell curls with 10kg dumbbells. My usual 3 sets of the standing barbell curls are 32kg x 10, 34kg x 8 and 37kg x 6. Today my sets of this was 32kg x 10, 34kg x 8 and 37kg x 12 :cheer: I just kept going but I didn't want to strain anything so I stopped at 12 reps on that 3rd set.

I personally feel that I can attribute the increased power and stamina to the FFF product. I don't use any preworkout. I just have a quarter glass of fruit juice with half a teaspoon of creatine each morning and another half teaspoon of creatine in my post workout protein shake. I eat breakfast of half cup oats and 3 scrambled eggs before going to the gym but today it was just oats because I ran out of eggs

I'm on day 4 of this and it is indeed wonderful. I don't know what ingredient is causing this, but I feel "wired" all fuggen day. Its 17:30 and instead of slumping in my office chair I want to outside and run laps around the building.

pissing like a racehorse but hey, she's working a treat.

Besides bad breath, the hazard level of somebody else using the toilet after you crap is dangerous  Best advice is to make sure there's air freshener and incense sticks in there and use them out of courtesy for the next person once you done with your business in there.

It's a nasty subject but monitoring your urine and excrement does give indications of what the body is doing inside. Any info on this Admin?

Hey guys, I see most of you guys take it early morning although according to the profile it's not needed

Extract:" Take two blue capsules and one red capsule at breakfast. May be taken with or without food."

In my mind the ingredients look good, but one thing puzzles me; it contains Pausinystalia Bark and Tyrosine. That's yohimbe and protein, it means that it *could* help as a stimulant for fasted cardio, but you can't really take it before fasted cardio as the protein will break your fast. Bit of a paradox... Other than that it seems the ingredient's effects build up in ones system as you go along. Judging by ingredients only it seems like it may be a useful product post cycle. A bit pricey though?...

No, you MUST take it in the morning. It doesn't matter if it's with or without food.

It won't work if you take it late in the day. There is no point in suppressing your appetite while you are asleep anyway (if you mange to fall asleep)... and you are likely going to wet your bed.

@Furk - most people would assume that breakfast is in the morning probably 9am being the latest. I can't understand how you interpreted the dosage instructions to mean anytime in the day. I don't think the majority of people who might use this product will be doing fasted cardio to even worry about that minute amount of protein that will cause a technical error to the idea of fasted cardio. As for price, it's actually cheap if you look at all the benefits. I know people spending double the amount and not happy with the results from those products.

@mike123 - I agree with that! I sleep late yet I'm taking my dosage around 8am. Can't imagine trying to sleep if I take it any later in the day!

@Admin - That's funny! knocking yourself out with sleep medication and waking up next morning thinking u had a major wet dream!!! I wake up like 2 or 3 times from my sleep to take a piss so laying in bed and taking a piss without realizing it is going to make that bed a water bed!

Today is my 6th day on FFF. I had a gym session today and loved the energy and strength I am getting. I do my 3 sets of dumbbell front raises using 10kg dumbbells but today I did 3 sets using 12kg dumbbells. I also increased the weight on the peck deck machine - about 2 or 3 plates short of the full stack. I'm getting more reps and using more weight. I'm looking forward to see what the results after a month on FFF :cheer:

Yes you might break your fast (not sure how much protein it is) but you won't raise your insulin so the Yohimbine will still be effective.

@Big Boy: First of thanks for being a Guinea-pig for FFF, your input is valuable. I break my fast from 1200 - 1300, was keen to try FFF on fasted cardio but I don't think this product is ideal for me right now in any case.

@Pyro: With any propriety blends the amounts won't be stipulated, and looking at how many ingredients are listed I don't think there will be much L-Tyrosine per pill. Never-the-less, anything with caloric value illicits an insulin response (albeit small in this case).

@Admin: I'm pretty resistant to stimulants :P

I'll give this one a skip, still interested on other peoples results though. Looks like the main mechanism of action is: diuretics + appetite suppression + stimulants.

Furk, bud you're over thinking this. As you said:

Furk wrote: …I don't think there will be much L-Tyrosine per pill...

there isn't much protein in these capsules and honestly, the insulin response from a few mgs would be so small that it can equated to zero still rendering your yohimbe and fasted cardio effective.

P.S. As far as I know, leucine solicits the largest insulin response.

I see no reason why you can'y start the day after you finish clen. Seems safe.

Quick confirmation gents. As far as I understand I can take it 8 weeks straight without off days, then go off? No 5 days on, 2 days off like some others?
