Big Boy wrote: I had my first gym session today while on the product. I purposely started it on Saturday so that by today it would be in my system already and topped up by today's dosage.

Energy levels were gone through the roof :woohoo:
I usually do a 3 sets on the high-incline barbell press : 40kg x 10, 50kg x 8, 60kg x 4 or 6(depending on fatigue) but today I did 45kg x 10, 60kg x 8, 70kg x 3(could have went for 4 or 5 reps but I didn't have a spotter so I didn't want to risk injury) :P

Recovery time between sets were faster :cheer:

Water intake during my gym session was over 2L :)

I was feeling hotter than usual and sweating more than usual

Started to experience some nausea halfway through my gym session. It was manageable and I think I just need to get used to that feeling. I burped a few times and that gave some relief. It wasn't to an extent that I had to stop my workout. Just a few deep breaths of fresh air and some sips of cool water and I was good to go. The nausea only lasted a little while after my gym session. I had a protein shake and I didn't feel like throwing up. It was more a feeling of fullness like when you over-eat.

Yeah I am pissing alot due to the amount of water I'm consuming as well as the product trying to remove the water from the fat cells.

My sister started with the product from today so I'll be able to get a female result as well. She hasn't been to gym for over a month due to the flu but got back today has told me she also experienced a higher energy level that got her through her sets easily. She also experienced some nausea but said it was manageable.

So far so good - let's see how it goes by end of this week :)

Awesome feedback. Sounds like it functions as a mild pre-workout too. @mike132: Have you had a gym session with it yet?

Oooh, on that, are you still able to use pre-workout with this or should one steer clear?

Hi guy's

I have question about FFF . Can you use it on a cycle when prop and tren or is that to much stress on the body.

Reason I am asking is I have tried every thing to help me not feel hungry the hole day when I am trying to cut .

LOL - was that an intentional pun on the word "wait" :P

Well today is my 4th day using FFF. I couldn't get to gym today as I had meetings most of the day so I will aim to get 3 days of gym into this week. Probably tomorrow (Wednesday) and Friday.

Drinking tons of water and really enjoying the feeling of fullness I have. My food cravings are not there anymore so I don't even feel like snacking. My portion size per meal has been reduced and I am more than satisfied. Like mike123 said, you have to remind yourself to eat or you will just enjoy having water all day!

Oh I noticed another side-effect is bad breath! Admin could this be a sign of burning up fat like when one is on ketosis ? My only carbs for the day is breakfast which consists of half a cup of oats and 3 eggs and the other meals are just either chicken, meat, chicken livers, fish. I have a grapefruit or yoghurt at night sometimes.

My sleep feels more like a higher quality sleep although there is some insomnia. This morning I woke up feeling more energized. I slept at midnight, broke sleep around 3am feeling really thirsty and then got another 2 hours of sleep, broke sleep again then got another 1 hour sleep.

The funny thing is that if you use a public toilet and you start at a urinal before another guy you will get maybe 2 guys come do their business one after the other and you will still be there pissing like you are a fire truck.

I forgot to mention that I popped into McDonalds today during lunch time. Followed the crazy queue and ordered 6 of their minion toys and left without feeling for anything to eat from there at all!!! Now that's what you call proper testing of the product's hunger suppressing benefits  Not even that awesome smell nor the sight of people eating the McDonald's food was enough to tempt me to eat. :silly:

I don't think that is necessarily a sign of burning fat, but maybe a result of one or more of the ingredients changing the chemical balance in the gut to create the "full" feeling.

I don't think Prop and Tren should be a problem when taking FFF.

Big Boy wrote: The profile posted on this product seemed very promising so I decided to give it a try. I started using this product this morning.

My stats are :
age - 30
height - 1.82m
weight - 124kg
body type - I have a tummy lol, well let's say I'm a good candidate to try this product out.
gym activity - I aim for to get my ass to the gym 4 times a week but at least 2 times a week as a minimum with some home workouts to compensate. I leg press 350kg with ease (max was 420kg) so I've built up some good strength over the years although I have excess body fat.
eating plan - Not a strict one but avoiding most carbs and sugar(don't even have sugar in my coffee) and keeping my water intake to around 2L a day.

I took the recommended dosage this morning at around 9am. By midday I'm usually very hungry and I have a big appetite but right now I have no craving for food whatsoever! It could be a placebo effect but I will monitor my appetite for the rest of the week and post my results on here.

Sorry people - I only realized now that I stated my weight was 124kg but the correct weight was 124.4kg. Don't know why the .4 didn't get typed because I'm sure I pressed the keys for it

Anyways today is day 5 of being on FFF. I know that weight is not going to be a good indicator of whether the product is working or not but I weighed myself this morning BEFORE taking my 5th dosage. My weight is now 122.8kg so that's a weight loss of 1.6kg in 4 days :cheer: I don't mind getting heavier as long as I drop fat and get bigger on lean mass rather than fat mass.

Consider getting a catheter, then you can empty your bag every 45min or you can even run the tube out the window if you work in an office.
