Hahahaha Relax Gorilla this is what happens when men get married bro.. Eish! :pinch:

Okay so the scale says 87.35kgs compared to 85.1kgs from two weeks ago after the operation. For the first time I can say without conviction that the test has kicked in. And the equipoise is starting to kick in as well because my appetite is WAYYYY up and I am starting to see some extra vascularity on my arms. I knew that earing enough was going to be my biggest obstacle so I am very happy with my decision to include the Equipoise. Something odd is I my clothes tell me that I am leaning out on my mid-section but then my shoulders and arms have a tighter fit, which tells me that I have probably gained even more muscle than the scale suggests. Happy as a pig in Jerusalem right now! :woohoo: No testicular atrophy or any signs of gyno to report (touch wood)..

I am saving the HCG for when my macadamias start shrinking. Otherwise I want to time it so that I finish the HCG right before my PCT starts. Still need to do those calculations to be honest..

Diet has carbs every meal (lots of it) except before bed. You are doing the same right?

Yebo, Im gonna do the hcg during the bridge period...

I have carbs in every meal except my pre bed shake, but I use like 300ml full cream milk and peanut butter so it has some carbs...Im gonna drop the milk though the test is making me add fat, I dont want to go over 13%...Im at about 11 now, never been this high lol!

Lets go!

Hahaha gorilla is on 5x shots a day of GHRP6. No wonder you're eating so much! That amount of carbs is unnecessary. How much do you eat on non training days? No need to megadose carbs then.

The fat is my imagination hahaha or so im told by my gym buddies...

This is my diet:

HUUUUGE bowl oats or maltabella or mielie pap whatever
6 eggs
with milk

fruit throughout the day...

4 meals with meat and pasta/rice/potatoes

PB on rye pre workout or oats, milk, raisins, honey

whey,glucose,aminos post workout

Supper will be a steak and potato and before bed ill have a banana or two, with 2 scoops whey and PB

The amounts are crazy but im still under 10% and ripped and vascular...

On non training days, I only eat carbs breakfast and pre-bed...

Lets go!

It could be the bananas (carbs) before bed that's the culprit? The rest looks good except you dont really have fats in there? Only at BF and before bed.. Bud 6 eggs a day aren't you worried about your cholesterol? Had myself a rude awakening the other day- chol went from minus zero to 7.4 in a couple of months cause I ate 5 eggs every night before bed.

WHY do you get to drink milk and I don't? :( That's f*d up right there!
