Pyroclasm wrote: Bless you MA!! I was so happy when you came online cant explain to you how much I was stressing. Have some karma, have some thank yous, have my GF for a night! Thanx so much bro!!! So you wreckon I shouldn't even get the prescription meds? Is it worth risking a heart attack for? I don't wanna die so young haven't even started with my bucket list.
Pics of GF? Just kidding. I would take 3x cho-less-sterol a day and up my salmon oil as well if I was in your shoes. Eat less red meat and more fish and chicken and then test again after a month. 7.4 is not good but not terrible. You aren't going to drop dead of a heart attack. But you don't want it at 7.4 consistantly. That is when problems arise. Cholesterol is a slow killer.

@Greg: Yeah sorry for that my man! I was gonna post pics but then I realized I let myself go a bit over the last two weeks (had me a tiny bit of spiced gold) and now I look like a fatty again. Also DJ is not happy with progress and wants to rework my diet and training routine. My last shot of test is tomorrow and then I start cutting for 30 days when my bridging period starts. Thanx for asking bro!

@PP: Hey bro thanx for asking. I personally felt things went well. I saw that when I hit gym the entire week with legs I gain 1.7kg-2kgs, and when I miss legs I gain about 1kg-1.2kgs. According to my calculations I have put on about 8kg-9kgs of lean muscle in 8 weeks with no help from a frontload. As you can see I missed legs quite often.

I gained over 10kg during my 1st cycle and have already started cutting a bit. Dropped the calories, popping CLA, some early morning cardio (sloooow cardio). I am terrified of losing my hard earned muscle, so I also started GH 2 weeks ago and ramping it up to 4iu from next week, and up more from there.
How long you going to wait before you start another cycle?
I know the rule is "time on cycle = time off", but it seems that VERY few people actually do this. I'm not in a hurry as I need the break from them fucking long needles, but I was thinking along the lines of 4 months.
