Ive been doing this since I started forcefeeding myself...nowadays if I eat less it makes me FING hungry..
oh yes and I am a hardgainer guys...Was 49kg at 18 years old!!!

Started training in grade 8, was 13...Then at 18 I started eating like a pig and seeing some gains...
