When I use to measure the shit it was like 200g oats mornings...with milk,honey raisins etc...

4-6 cups of rice...I used to do a lot of meat and less rice to stay full, but I was advised this is bad for the kidneys...

About 1 liter milk a day...Sometimes yoghurt...

Ive been doing this since I started forcefeeding myself...nowadays if I eat less it makes me FING hungry..

oh yes and I am a hardgainer guys...Was 49kg at 18 years old!!!

Started training in grade 8, was 13...Then at 18 I started eating like a pig and seeing some gains...

Properly yes, but I started gymming at 13...did stupid stuff like biceps everyday and cardio everyday...never did legs except leg extensions hahahha...I wasn't even serious and trained like twice a week maybe once...

So that's why I don't count it MA... :)

I just found that they don't really add all that much value when my diet is spot on. At the moment not even Creatine but I probably should start that again. Was also having some trouble with flavoring the stuff. As you know some of these raw supps taste like ass! I wish Ondier would sell some delicious sugar-free aspartame free flavoring.

i dont either haha, only supp i buy is whey an dextrose, then obviously vitamins an omega's etc. its such a marketing scam and ill rather eat instead,

i see. i also dont use many supps, just creatine and glutamine. i usually drink a litre of low cal while training so i thought why not throw some BCAA's in there and turn it into an intra workout. i was considering getting some raw whey in bulk as it would save me a lot of money. but i enjoy my chocolate isolate. especially coz my diet is quite monotonous and bland, so it feels almost like im cheating when i have one :) i see guys are using peanut butter in their raw whey. but PB, raw whey powder and water still sounds pretty shitty to me.

@Leslie: I would do the BCAA thing too. I tried the PB thing it tasted pretty crap! Dude I am really struggling with the diet to eat so much. I don't enjoy eating anymore it feels like something to get behind me so I can do it again in two hours. :(

@PP: I use the same supps as your bro, but gonna add some Creatine Mono soon. Thanx for asking bud. I was sick for two weeks and then I had an operation to fix everything. Even stopped the T-Bol cause it wasn't going to help. So for all intensive purposes I lost the first 6 weeks of my cycle. Weighed in at 85.1kgs. Two weeks later I weighed 87.35kgs but I am leaning out aswell so I am gaining very nicely.

ha ha i know the feeling. i was struggling to get the food down myself. but since last week my appetite has been crazy! but it is kak just eating for function. for me the biggest ball ache is cooking every night.

you doing very nicely though. when are you planning cycle number 2 ? :) or was this a 1 hit wonder?

i try cook every 4 days, really helps me, but keep up the progress bro, hope you bounce back and get into the swing of things!

i get the opposite speech from my dad haha, if i miss too many days off gym or dont cook, he says im getting small and need to get into the gym haha :whistle: :pinch: maybe i should tune him i juice and he can support my efforts financially, luckily he pays for all my food so maybe i shouldnt push it :lol:

ps. can almost guarentee you guys will do many more future cycles :woohoo:

Between eating, gym, work, studies, eating, final year project, eating, and anabolicsteroids.co.za I can't see how I will have the time to cook every night on top of that..I can't imagine cooking every day I would go out of my tree!
