@PP: Weight= 91kg-92kgs (weigh in tonight) but you can add 2kgs from the water loss caused by Arimidex. Shit= Little lavender clouds. Color changes.

@DBatDBN: All the cool people are starting their bridge this week! :) Yeah it's 60mg Proviron throughout cycle, then for the bridge 50mg Winny with Clen starting at 40mcg taper up to 120mcg. I think the waiting period differs depending on how many cycles you will do in your life. If I was a bodybuilder and I plan on doing cycles for the rest of my life then I would do the rule of time off = time on. But for someone like me who only plans on doing one or two cycles then I think a good waiting period would be 3 months (I.e time off = half of time on). So we have the same ideas on the waiting period.

@MRF: Thanx a lot my man really needed some encouragement! I was thinking if I do a second cycle somewhere in Feb next year it will be Test Prop with Anavar just as a touch up for anything lacking from this cycle. If I need to add mass I will do NPP dunno if you have heard of it. ;)

So I know it's been a while since I updated my cycle log. Had to use the search function just to find the damn thing! :whistle: Weight is currently at 80kgs, and it was at a maximum of 92kgs during the bulking stage of the cycle. Here is the recorded log of my weight:
Start: 84.3kgs
After nose operation 5 weeks later: 85.1kgs
Note that the oral frontload was completely useless.
8 Aug: 85.8kgs
14 Aug: 86.8kgs
19 Aug: 88.3kgs
26 Aug: 89kgs
3 Sept: 90.6kgs
10 Sept: 92 kgs
Start Arimidex @1mg E1.5D
13 Sept: 89.7kgs
19 Sept: 90.5kgs
PCT started 27 October
Today is the last day of Nolvadex.
Current weight 6 Dec: 80kgs dead.
Didn't weigh myself for a while there because I got a lot of incorrect readings from a couple of different scales.
One week into the bridge I started to get raised spots on my hands kinda like a rash so I stopped the Winstrol. Spots went away two days later.

Diet:
For the bulking part DJ commanded 4000 cals per day but I only got to about 3000 cals on my best day. 6 Meals per day and 3 extra meals for workout days. All meals contained protein, fats and plenty of carbs. I have to confess I did very little cardio during this time. Started to look quite stocky and my friends all told me I was getting too big. Flattering but far from the truth. Lol
The cutting part started as I started the bridge. Cals were reduced to I am guestimating something like 2000-2500. Same amount of protein as before, little carbs and zero fats. The idea is to deplete glycogen stores so that the body metabolizes fat for energy. My body responded very well to this change and I am guessing this is why I leaned out so much. Was very motivated during this period and did cardio about 4 times a week on average.
PCT part, ate like absolute crap and had Diarrhoeia for the most part. Still did my best to get to the gym but it was very hard. I think about it a lot but I do not think I have lost any muscle. Starting to see a big increase n vascularity especially on the arms. Will post pics before the end of the week. Have lots of time now. :)

It is interesting to note that I did not really see a big strength increase from any of the gear past what I would have experienced naturally on eating so much carbs. DJ is sure the gear was underdosed. I think the Schering Testoviron is the culprit, although I cannot be sure. The T-Bol was just kak will never use Axio again.

Haha thanx bro! Looking a whole lot better than what I did in march. Starting to see vascularity on my arms while relaxed and that's a big thing for me have never had that. All my jeans are falling off so have to wear a belt. I would say I have another 5kgs to lose to get my v-line and 8 pack showing.

I really hope I will reach my goal by the time I leave. Gonna put in a super cycle before I go that DJ suggested. Gonna start it on 19 Dec when I get back from Mozam.

That's a bit close for my liking, your body won't have returned to normal .
If your set on doing that I'd get my blood done to make sure all's sharp first.

Sorry to hear that dude, but it was probably just water weight and if you're happy with what you look like then don't bother about what the scale says! ;)

Why were you disappointed with the Axio Tbol if I may ask? I was using LP Tbol at 60mg ED and it only helped me pick up a bit of weight, but no real strength gains at all to be honest. Even from the Prop my strength only began picking up by week 5 which is strange from what I understand.

@MK: Not at all my dude. I am very happy with my results. :)

I just didn't see any strength increases or weight gain from it. Could have picked up more weight if I took sugar tablets. #HateAxioLabs

Hmm maybe you got a bad batch, sorry to hear that man! Reading reviews of Tbol I had got the impression that the strength gains from it were not as strong as that of Dbol, but only a bit milder. I even expected more strength from the Prop a lot earlier on than what I did.

Hey guys!

Thought it was time to wipe the dust off this old thread and give it an update.

Will ask DJ if I can post the exact dosages of my cycle but I don't want to give away the man's magic for free!

Cycle 2
Week 1-8: PGW Test Prop @150mg EOD
Week 1-8: PGW NPP @100mg EOD
Week 1-8: LP Anavar @60mg ED
Week 1-10: Oraltech Proviron @60mg ED
Week 1-8: Alpha Pharma & Oraltech Clenbuterol at the dosages described in "Clenbuterol Help"
Week 1-8: LP Yohimbine at 10mg ED
Week 1-10: Oraltech T3 @40mcg ED
Week 2-10: HCG @250iu E3D (Ovitrelle)

Full Doctari PCT

Starting weight: 81.3kgs
Week 4: 86.3kgs
No fat loss as yet but that is 100% my fault (and Cadburys). Lol
Massive increase in vascularity though!

Diet (DJ diet)
Medium Carbs
High Protein
Zero Fats
Changed my Pre-workout meal to shake split half pre- and half intra-workout. No more problems with nausea in the gym!! :) :)
No carbs immediately post-workout- only whey protein. Huge meal 1hr after workout with lots of carbs.

Training
Fasted cardio for 30 mins in the morning. Keep heart rate at a steady 160BPM.
Weight training 5 days per week. 3 Week split:
Week 1: Strength
Week 2: Medium Reps
Week 3: High reps and dropsets

So far the strength gains are starting to kick in and it seems like I just have to look at certain body part then it starts to grow! :)
Experienced gyno symptoms from week 3 and used Arimidex @0.5mg EOD
Week 4 tapered off the Arimidex @0.5mg twice a week. Still experiencing itchy titties so put in an order of cabasser ASAP.
