Thyroid resistance... I found a few pubmed articles talking about thyroid resistance where subjects have elevated TSH and normal T3 and T4. Have a look on there. That's the only scenario that seems to fit.

A mate of mine bought me a load of Beautiful German beer back last week and I had to leave it at my folks house until my cycle ends. I just didn't have the will power I was going to climb into it
So I was just wondering how the hell you managed to do Keto with all that temptation? Your a far stronger man than me..

All the breads, beer and stuff would turn me into a pie thief

Go big or go home...

You have no idea dude!! Not only the beer is amazing also their chocolates and biscuits are fudging out of this planet! Some cruel bastard decided to put the macadamia and general nuts section in such a way that you HAVE TO walk through the sweets section to get there.

For sure bud, what you see there is crazy, my director took me there when we were in Germany. Our head offices are in Germany so they hold the supply chain meeting worldwide and we fall part of EMEA region. Sometimes we get to go to cologne in france, shoot around there bud but stay away from the seafood - trust me. Nice place, kinda freaky when you are used to sa but i have been around. Hate going into the african countries though, angola and dar es salam not bad but nigeria - eish.

Sounds like you got a leke job there brother! Nigeria is a total shithole I would never go there. Where have you guys been to in Germany amd anything in particular that you remember? For example the friendliness of the waiters.

Stressful and we have no choice in flying around, MD says Nigeria and you go. I did not notice waiters to be extra friendly, same as SA except at meyers, main tower lift is cool and zeil. Most time spent in Frankfurt
