Well starting to drop and change macro nutrient ratios tomorrow being less than 5 weeks out now.

Just been dropped a massive bombshell by my family. Been told that I must join them on a family weekend away from the 12-19 of April that they have just booked. Just flipped my fucking lid and made both my old man and old lady cry
Yet again i need to reiterate that u need family support in this game. To have been working so fucking hard, day in and day out not only for the last 3 months but the last 9 years to get where I am and then get told that they won't be there because they have booked a week away and I must join them after I am finished just drove me off the edge. They have known the date for the last 3 months and to have this shit on my plate fucks me off. Even my ex wife's mother is coming to watch yet my family couldn't be bothered.

Probably the tren going through my veins right now but I am just at the point of giving up completely

My family wouldn't dare suggesting or interfering in my plannig or goals, especially if they knew about my plans. They do not pay the bills, nor do they live my life.

I can't judge someone's life if i havnt walked in their shoes, so good luck with your decision.

Damn. I would have lost it as well DJ. Without support from family it sometimes feels impossible to stay focused. If you can get through this and be the best you can be on show day, win or not, you will have gained more strength of character and willpower because of it which is way more important. I would feel very betrayed. Chin up bro.

Bro im sorry to hear.. but if it makes you feel any better, and it should. You know there is going to be a MASSIVE 'family' there. All your friends,clients and peers. You going to feel the support as you step in that stage. Chin up. And push forward, uv come so far...

The only one you need at the end of the day is you, its all you, would be nice to have them there, but you don't really need them to do this... think about it
