DJ contest prep thread.

He has more knowledge about dieting and bodybuilding than anyone I've ever met...

Admin, why did he leave? he was one of the earliest and most respected forum members here.

A misunderstanding about something Oupa said, I tried to defuse the situation, but that wasn't good enough for him apparently. But it doesn't matter and we'll just move on like before.

I guess I would start to be really scared if everyone agreed with what everybody else said.

The fact that there are some heated disagreements shows me this is a legit site and not a few guys under multiple user names scamming us mere mortals.

For what is worth DJ (hopefully you read this). I was also a "fatty" and know that I'll never be in comp condition/mens health cover but your transformation was epic.
One thing for guys blessed with good genes who even if they do nothing still have good builds but for the rest who have to work at it 24/7, 365 seeing what you've accomplished is inspirational.

DJ is a very good guy but from personal experience with the fella he is very stubborn unfortunately. Like I said though he is a good guy and a good friend to a person. He will definitely be missed.

I believe so, he is not the kind of person that will run away over a little misunderstanding.

You know exactly where you stand with Oupa and that is why I like him, but also why other's might dislike him, lol.

Oupa knows he's stuff , and he has to help me in the future with my cycle's :blush: . otherwise i'm doomed. :silly:

like you said that's why people and I :blush: like/trust Oupa, hes straight forward and doesn't do the bullshit thing , he knows he's story. it's either right or you leave it.

lol I wasn't active on the site these past few weeks, so when I read the thread I thought, hell no..... please tell me Oupa is still here lol so yeah I almost got a fright, but I'm glad every thing is still the same lol

The man quit the forum, he was not asked to leave nor was he banned. No disrespect but this is not the first time he has left the forum. It was his decision. I saw the argument go down and it was really nothing worth leaving the forun for.

Busy week, first time that i am reading this.

Myself and DJ miss understood each other, so what. shit happens. If he wants to leave so be it. Build a bridge and move on.

Well said Oupa. Life is too short to carry baggage like that and get worked over nothing really.

Like I said earlier, I would be very concerned if everyone agreed with everyone else.

I don't blame him for leaving. His contributions to these forums must have been exhausting and the contest prep won't help at all.

Wow, seems like i missed quite alot here.
No idea what happened between DJ and Oupa but we are all adults and we make our own decisions. Whether DJ decides to come back again, we will just have to wait and see. It seemed that DJ was going through alot in his personal life added with the competition preparations must have taken its toll on him and a disagreement here and there will just set you off completely. I wish DJ everything of the best for his comp and to everyone else here, we will not always agree with each other so TRY not to take any offense in that.

Teenagers and youngsters tend do that yes, also adults with a low emotional intelligence. I doubt DJ falls in that category.

With online communities & forums you volunteer information on a "free" basis and have no copyrights on information shared. It becomes the administrators decision if he wants to keep or remove information.
