How are you going to combat the acne?

To be honest my acne is stressed related. I won't be going into the reasons of the stress. I have been off the anti biotic tetralysil for a while just to give me body a break from it. With dark tan etc u aren't even going to see the acne.

Well this time in 21 days I will be having spray tans done and having a photo shoot done aswell. 21 days left basically. 29 cardio sessions left... and about 3kgs of fat i need to get off... oh well no going back now...

Forgot I had taken he first pic last year on the 17th of November. So its been 16 weeks between the 2 pics.

Well done,that is the best 16 week transformation I have seen. I'm not sure if I will be able to do a transformation like that on photo shop in 16 weeks.
