90.8kgs this am. I am increasing my carb up tonight. Full batch of muffins, marshmallow treats, french toast made with raisin bread with syrup, box of milo cereal and then gummy worms to finish off as usual.

Ok so working up a major thirst with all these carbs, been washing it down with powerade to get extra carbs in... fml gonna roll into bed tonight and drip with sweat in the air con. body temp is up to 37.6

DJ, I'm so impressed with your progress man. I've always trusted your advice on this forum above others and judging by your condition, I was right to do so. Well well done and Goodluck for the journey that you have successfully led others on to victory. I hope you achieve what you've set out to do. You really deserve it. I would really like to get coaching from you for a lean bulk but I know how difficult that will be during your prep. Would It still be possible to get a diet and training plan and your usual advice at this time?

Carbs boost leptin levels. When leptin is low your thyroid levels drop as when leptin drops your body thinks it is going to starvation as low calorie diets cause leptin to drop. So when leptin levels are raised then thyroid function is boosted and if u have taken t3 before u will know body temp raises drastically when metabolic rate is increased burning off more energy. So carbs essentially are thermogemic

Ok so this week I thought i would change things up in terms of cardio, changed my cardio to 20mins HIIT on the stepper and 20mins incline walking on the treadmil, well not the greatest idea I have had. After 3 days I am feeling toast. Central nervous system feels fried more than ever. I am battling to sleep at night and just not loving life, fell asleep sitting up right at my desk 3 days in a row! It's the only thing that has changed and well with crap results! Feeling tired and drained and burnt out so fast...so back to normal steady state cardio for me again as doing this hiit cardio followed by high intensity walking is making my cortisol levels rise aswell as my mood is changing from peachy to rotten everyday now. so sometimes less is more and I am listening to my body screaming at me saying fuck u multiple times haha

Only a pleasure guys. It's nice that the feed back is appreciated. I am incredibly bloated today for some unknown reason aswell. It will pass, like wind...

The thing is here I am trying to make sure i am in the best shape i can be, so trying different things might not be the best to do right now when it's a game of consistency. The more consistent u are the better. Everything I have been doing up until now has been working perfectly so I actually don't have any explanation as to why I decide to change things up really. But nothing ventured nothing gained in guess... tomorrow is legs and i am very interested to see how a good night's sleep is going to change my performance as each and every session i push either more reps or heavier weights, it's all about beating last week's numbers. it's the best advice I can give u guys, log all your work outs and make sure u give it horns each session by beating the book. Even if it's 1 or 2 exercises u better each session it's still each session u are getting better.

Right now I am just thankful to have my training partners pushing me through each work out and making sure I do better and better every session, even when my mood and energy is next to nothing...
