The thing is here I am trying to make sure i am in the best shape i can be, so trying different things might not be the best to do right now when it's a game of consistency. The more consistent u are the better. Everything I have been doing up until now has been working perfectly so I actually don't have any explanation as to why I decide to change things up really. But nothing ventured nothing gained in guess... tomorrow is legs and i am very interested to see how a good night's sleep is going to change my performance as each and every session i push either more reps or heavier weights, it's all about beating last week's numbers. it's the best advice I can give u guys, log all your work outs and make sure u give it horns each session by beating the book. Even if it's 1 or 2 exercises u better each session it's still each session u are getting better.
Right now I am just thankful to have my training partners pushing me through each work out and making sure I do better and better every session, even when my mood and energy is next to nothing...
