Thanks rhino. Yea I will be sharing alot of information in this thread. This evening there will be photos going up of what I will be getting through in my refeed which apparently is not needed cos I have carbs in my diet. But who knows. Guess I am doing things wrong?

You know I just deleted a long couple of lines in the other thread thinking to myself maybe I'm overthinking this.. But I guess I was right.. You do know everything coz you the only one on this planet who ever lost fat. Anyhow good luck bro, maybe this experience will change your attitude somehow :)

No the difference is I have helped tons of people into shape and done enough research on the topic.i am not saying I know it all but I know that what u are saying is incorrect. But makes no difference. U and pyro can hand out all the advice in the world...

Don't stress oupa, too many keyboard warriors out there that cant walk the talk they are suxh experts on... haters will always hate no matter what...clearly my "wang" isnt big enough to be apart of the experts club on the forum so happily carrying on doing what I am doing.

Ok meal 1 is prepared marshmallow coco pop treats made with 400g marshmallows and 350g of coco pops. Thats roughly 600g of carbs. I have made chocolate brownies and instead of oil I have used pureed apples and instead of full eggs i used egg whites and subbed milk for water. That brings the fat content down to like 10g per whole box of brownies. And it was a 400g mix with apple sauce takes the carb content to about 430g per whole batch. Thats gonna go down with some marcells low fat frozen chocolate yoghurt. And if I of course I need a bit of health balance so i am gonna start with a baked chicken and tomato pasta dish and then if there is room for more I have a box of milo cereal to go down.but I think I should be good to go after the marshmallow treats. Will update with body temp before I start eating and during the carb sweats I am gonna get. I have got 6 charcoal capsule I have just taken to help with ummm the sweet smell of success that comes out of me later.

Ok so batch of brownies done! Pasta done! Full tub of marcells nearly done... body temp was 36.8 before, body temp is now 37.6

A small fillet yea. I diet on red meat everyday so i am used to it. So rice crispy treats are done so now I am on to some gummy worms...comfortably say I am 1200g of carbs in...I have 2 hours left so just gonna keep grazing on gummy worms... thing the 400g tub doesn't stand a chance haha

And I am done. Evening weight 96.5kgs. Morning weight was 92.8kgs. Morning temperature was 36.4, pre feed was 36.8 now sitting at 37.8 sweating like mad. Oh well I will update by the end of the week with pics and weight updates again.

Haters gonna hate... potatoes gonna potate... what you are doing is definitely working... so keep at it. I had wisdom teeth removed and that helped me shed 6-7kg in one month...I have one wisdom tooth left... perhaps I should have it removed also... hehe...

So weight update. After my un needed refeed I am back down to 92.8kgs 3 days after. I missed my 40mins of cardio yesterday. Body temperature is still up at 37.2-37.3 degrees and water intake at 6-8l a day excluding training fluids.

Ok so today was legs. Really starting to have sense of humour failure the last few days, little things irritate me and then big things irritate me even more. Tightening up now by the day... triceps starting to get striated, quads were striated by the time I got home from doing legs. Intercostals are more and more visible daily. 7 weeks to go on Saturday... Still got plenty time just need to stay focused and be consistent.

With out a doubt the tren and the masteron. I am not too run down during the day and by 6pm I am hungry and then get snappy. I had a blow out with my chick last night cos she said something stupid about the kitchen scale not working, I asked her what's wrong and if she had pushed the on button more than once(its a dicky thing from over use) she said I am not stupid u know. Told her if u gonna give me attitude fuck off back home and not come visit me. That was the end of the argument. So like i said little things I would usually brush off get me a little wound up but this is to be expected after a full training session and cardio and then a days work and then home to prep meals for that night and the next day. It's not so much the hunger all the time that's getting me it's just the chemicals. But this too shall pass.

Tren is like no other drug out there in terms of results or the way it can fuck with your mind haha.
