Empire 2022 road to stage

you know me bud, my mind always plays tricks to wonder if im going to be ready, but I'm pretty certain I will be, so just gotta keep on doing what I'm doing as usual. not majorly agro or anything like that, just a little short in terms of answers and can be moody, but that is fatigue and diet.

Makes sense, it can't be easy. What I do know is last year you where in a very good head space, your mood was under control, you handled the disappointment well, I'm sure closer to game time you going to balance out, but I'm sure after that your body is going to want nothing but some blood letting and TRT :lol:

yea im looking forward to that haha, obviously I'm going to take measures and precautions for the 6 weeks post show to chelate blood and try and bring down hematocrit and rbc naturally with IP6, grapefruit extract, alpha lipolic acid and whilst go back down to cruise test doses. That combined with keeping cardio up at 30mins daily with heart rate at 130ish bpm to assist with this, but i am looking forward to increasing food, pulling back on the drugs and playing with minimal insulin in that rebound period to keep bodyfat under control.

So been off the DNP for 2 days already, cardiovascular endurance is coming back already, not so out of breath, but also feeling the lower temperatures again. I'm still pushing the cardio, and will probably up it to 80mins a day for the next 2 weeks whilst the DNP clears the system.

sleep has been ok at this stage even on the tren, I battle to fall asleep, and don't feel as refreshed, but it is ok. acid reflux is still there, which is crap, to say the least. got a bit of brain fog at this stage with calories being at 2300 a day, so much so I even forgot to take my tren shot before the gym and my pre-workout. so when you arrive and have an AH FUCK MOMENT, it's like what else can I do.

weight is up slightly to 92.2kgs this week, but that will be the tren I'm certain, I'm pissing like a race horse today already and thirst is up quite a bit, so DNP is clearing the system, and should find the water retention from the DNP start to come off by Sunday before I refeed. going to keep my refeed quite low in fat this week, pushing the carbs, gonna make homemade chili with beans, tomato, corn, rice, and some pulled chicken breasts in the slow cooker, and probably have that with some cornbread. I usually do 2 meals on a Sunday at this point, so I will probably do some mashed potato balls coated in bread crumbs in the oven with maybe some lean steak. and I will make a batch of fat low-fat muffins using a mixture of apple sauce and yogurt to make up the oil content.

I have also pretty much pulled caffeine apart from a serving of pre-workout a day and 1 cup of coffee with friends which I do nearly daily, not that I was having a ton of coffee each day, but I have switched to decaf after 9 am in the morning so that I allow cortisol levels to drop according to the way they are supposed.

I need to find my tripod cos I need to do pics on Sunday morning before cardio to take stock of where I am at currently. I feel as if I'm pretty lean, but I want to be inside out.

the difference is that half those bitches are taking pics of their tits and their pout, not their shredded glutes haha. how ever, I finally found my tripod.

so update, my friendly Doctor LesDoctor, who is my go-to these days gave me a script for sleep aid, I have had issues with benzos in the past, etc so we went with dopequel, which he prescribed 25mg, which I have cut into 1/4s and started on 6.25mg. my mood and sleep have been great, I pushed up to 12.5mg last night and I woke up super fresh. My sleep went to 3 hours with the tren, now that it's back to normal, even with the low dose mk677. Now it's like magic.

weight was down to 93.2kg after my refeed, I hit my 40mins cardio this morning, and then I needed the bathroom, so I'm probably gonna say my weight would have been down to 92.8kgs after that. so things are going really really well, there is still some fat that needs to come off, obviously with still 6 weeks to go, I have time, and the yohimbine is going to be adding some level of water retention, buts it's mostly in my love handles. But pics on Friday/Saturday morning where all the water is off from my load, I will be pretty lean and dry, and most likely flat.

so my tren dosing is at 80mg a week, and im pretty happy with that. I will start my Anavar at 30mg daily from 4 weeks out of natals, and run it into SA champs if I can make it with financials. They have moved it from KZN which was my reason for doing it back to back, back up to JHB so will have to see what happens with my coaching clients, etc. But for now, it's all on track.

Insulin makes you fat. and low dose doesn't work, you cant use primo or masteron to grow :woohoo:

why did you switch from Test E to Test Cyp?

Ran out of the 1 and it was easier to switch to drop down the 50mg than trying to dose 0.9ml of test e to be at the 3mg per mark

it's getting even more gnarly... im vascular head to toe currently, its quite insane.

Ok so Sunday my weight was down to 91.6 in the morning.

Yohimbine hcl still holding water in my love handles, but I'm still holding fat too..I also calculated my dates wrong so this week I will be 5 weeks out, not 4. Which is great.

So I had my skip load yesterday, opted to keep it lower fat, loaded the insulin with all my meals.
Load was as follows.

Bowl of oats
Half a loaf of banana bread
2 slices of toast and 4 eggs with tomato sauce

1 packet of yohghurt coated pretzels
1 slab of chocolate( peppermint creme)
1 chocolate brownie

900g mashed potatoes
6 pork sausages and 2 rolls
4 milk tart doughnuts

Bowl of home made Chilli with 3 slices of corn bread
Half a home made desert with pineapple condensed milk, custard and tennis buscuits

The remainder of the custard with 12 oreos and a slab of hazel nut chocolate

What the hell?

But im here eating rice cakes and licking sweets wrappers for desert???


how are you at 91 already? you were like 94 the other day and looking paper thin. What fat is there still to lose?

Weight hit 91.2kgs this morning.. hoping to be closer to 90.5 by Sunday, how ever I've taken today and tomorrow off from cardio as I'm feeling burnt out and run down. Diet is still on point. But just need to see if I can get some good quality sleep with the added rest. I will try and nap in the time I do cardio today and see if my body responds to that.

You pushing that machine to the max, haha.. Are you able to nap during the day? Or is your brain busy?
