Empire 2022 road to stage

Now the question no one wants to ask, but everyone wants to know

What did you do wrongin your prep? What will you change for the comp next year?

Got too aggressive with my calorie cut to start, and upped the cardio too quickly. Everything was running smoothly, and I just let my mind get the better of me and I got aggressive for no reason..

What i will be doing differntly moving forward using a small amount of growth hormone, 5 days on 2 days off, also going to implement different training strategies in my offseason. I might actually even do an offseason cycle, not just keep everything to show prep. But let's see, my goal is to win sa Champs, and if I do and get sa colors, then I don't think I will compete again. I would have done what I set out to achieve, so that is why the next week is so vital to me mentally, to be able to pull off a little more fat, and nail this 100%

The pics post of your comp, the other guys had much more fat than you (im talking 2% more, so not really that much)
