So what is different on the depletion workouts? Just the carbs? Or the actual work?I then have cut cardio down to 30mins per day, and full body depletion workouts, so 2nd full body depletion was this morning. And let me tell you doing cardio with 0 carb and depleting the muscles of glycogen, it sucks donkey dick.

I weight 91.6kgs first thing in the morning and have to make that Weight at 5pm on Friday night, so not really keen on having 0 food and water on Friday and back loading my carbs, but hey, I

it's actually better off to start off with t4 for fatloss and then after a few weeks, pull t4 dosing down and add in t3. You need to be in a caloric deficit for this to be effective.Did you also use T3 to get so lean? Was thinking of giving it a go, but no experience with it.

Just to confirmSo I am off to SA champs, I will be competing on Sunday, so all my workouts need to be done on Monday through Thursday, and I fly to JHB on Friday morning, so I need to make sure by the time I fly I am under weight, cos if I retain any fluid on an hour-long flight I am in for trouble with weight in. but I am pretty sure I will be fine.
