Also something that might be playing is your Magnesium RBC count. I just did a bunch of bloods and I'm not doing anything in excess and noticed my Magnesium levels where low.. My endo put me on Magnesium boost, I think its changed names now but it's the best absorbable Magnesium. And that effects 250 different things, sleep being one of them. Maybe it's worth supplementing some Magnesium.

Magnesium supplementation also helped me with sleep. I like Magnesium Carbonate, because it ended the high stomach acid I suffered from.

I've been reading a bit more and you can get the same sleep benefits from mk677 at 2.5mg daily and that will not give you lethargy, water retention, blood glucose jump and insulin resistance. I will mix a 15mg capsule in some sterile water and dose accordingly, a 500mg capsule into 9.5ml of water will give me 15mg per 10ml, we if I take 1.5ml that 2.25mg, I will also get some melatonin to take with that and see how it drives sleep.

00pump wrote: A proper sleep aid that is not addictive without huge side effects is the holy grail. I have nearly every dialed in to the T, but sleep is this grey area that no specialist is able to get right with me. So if we can find a way to wax that, I have many people that I can advise to try that solution.

Hey man I also have this issue.
IIRC you had mentioned some psych meds for anxiety(?)
I am considering taking some meds for pretty bad anxiety, but beta blockers have the shit side effect of destroying performance.
Benzos have their own issues, but I am still considering them.
Are there any you have found that can be taken as needed (not everyday etc) without impacting performance too much?
Thanks for any response

Psych meds are purely a band aid. I spent over 7 years going from pillar to post and now free of all of them.
How you tested your cortisole levels? What I find works pretty well to bring down some sympathetic activity is clonidine, it used to be a blood pressure medicine sold under cataptess, now you get it in doses of 0.025.. this taken 3 times a day (very short time lived in the body) really help. I use it for blood pressure, because my blood pressure is centrally activity and a b2a inhibitor works magic, and doesn't coke with the same side effects of beta blockers.. Its used off label for so many things, drug detox, cravings, megrains, adhd (the hyperactivity which is due to sympathetic activity. I had a clinical trail down where they did renal artery oblation and they where able to bring down a huge portion of activity but there is so much activity in different parts of the body. Try it out its schedule 2, start with 2 3 times a day, I use 4 4 times a day and I'm able to cope without needing my stimulants.. if it doesn't work that's OK, but I think it will and it won't fuck with pathways in your brain.. Something else I highly rate which has really helped me become a better person, husband, father is micro dosing mushrooms, 3 times a week, but it must be a micro dose, that you don't feel a think, a 10th of recreational dose, it has so many effects that are jaw dropping and some of the data I've seen with people using this for all kinds of issues.. it also regrows brain tissue that was lost during depression. You welcome to open a thread if you need more info. I take the exact dose my psychiatrist perscribes me.
