Also something that might be playing is your Magnesium RBC count. I just did a bunch of bloods and I'm not doing anything in excess and noticed my Magnesium levels where low.. My endo put me on Magnesium boost, I think its changed names now but it's the best absorbable Magnesium. And that effects 250 different things, sleep being one of them. Maybe it's worth supplementing some Magnesium.

Magnesium supplementation also helped me with sleep. I like Magnesium Carbonate, because it ended the high stomach acid I suffered from.

Interesting, I don't know much about Magnesium, let me read up on that.

It's the Carbonate (CO3) salt that helps to neutralise some of the hydrochloric acid. MgCO3 + 2 HCl → MgCl2 + CO2 + H2O

The Magnesium chloride (MgCl2) from the reaction is water soluble which is good for absorption.

Might be slightly unrelated:

Magnesium citrate is a pretty good form for bio-availability.

It also makes a really good laxative, or if you want to flush your system.
It works as a sort of osmotic laxative.

All forms of magnesium will do this to some extent, but citrate does a really good job if you want that flushing effect.

I tend to use it occasionally when I don't feel digestion and bowel movements are feeling great.

It is a pretty good restart.

In case anyone wants to keep it up their sleeve.

96.6kgs this am. Fasting blood glucose of 5. I took 5mg of mk677 last night. Sleep quality was much better, but raised bg a bit, even with 500mg of metformin before bed. That should give you guys an idea as to how much mk677 at big doses can affect all of that!

Oh I forgot to mention that pre bed bg was at 4.1 last night, so to jump up is quite something during the night. I've been reading a bit more and you can get the same sleep benefits from mk677 at 2.5mg daily and that will not give you lethargy, water retention, blood glucose jump and insulin resistance. I will mix a 15mg capsule in some sterile water and dose accordingly, a 500mg capsule into 9.5ml of water will give me 15mg per 10ml, we if I take 1.5ml that 2.25mg, I will also get some melatonin to take with that and see how it drives sleep.

I'm really interested in the sleep benefits myself. I'll send you a mail about a lower dose product.

Would be a winner with a 2.5mg melatonin and 2.5mg mk677 product. I think that would knock most people out, and even if it doesn't make you pass out like you have narcolepsy you would have insane REM sleep, and increase in growth hormone secretion without the other issues such as increased blood glucose etc

So I got a mail to say that LP is gonna send me some mk677 suspension to try out and dose out at 2.5mg per dose to aid either sleep very very cool of them for doing that. I will let you know the results of 2.5mg and then a week later I will add some melatonin and then a week after that 300mg ashwaghanda pre bed to see if the combo Is great for sleep. That might be an opportunity for LP to bring out a sleep aid if the formulation works which I'm pretty certain the combo of all 3 will knock people out good and proper!

A proper sleep aid that is not addictive without huge side effects is the holy grail. I have nearly everything dialed in to the T, but sleep is this grey area that no specialist is able to get right with me. So if we can find a way to wax that, I have many people that I can advise to try that solution.

Hey man I also have this issue.

IIRC you had mentioned some psych meds for anxiety(?)
I am considering taking some meds for pretty bad anxiety, but beta blockers have the shit side effect of destroying performance.

Benzos have their own issues, but I am still considering them.

Are there any you have found that can be taken as needed (not everyday etc) without impacting performance too much?

Thanks for any response

Psych meds are purely a band aid. I spent over 7 years going from pillar to post and now free of all of them.

How you tested your cortisole levels? What I find works pretty well to bring down some sympathetic activity is clonidine, it used to be a blood pressure medicine sold under cataptess, now you get it in doses of 0.025.. this taken 3 times a day (very short time lived in the body) really help. I use it for blood pressure, because my blood pressure is centrally activity and a b2a inhibitor works magic, and doesn't coke with the same side effects of beta blockers.. Its used off label for so many things, drug detox, cravings, megrains, adhd (the hyperactivity which is due to sympathetic activity. I had a clinical trail down where they did renal artery oblation and they where able to bring down a huge portion of activity but there is so much activity in different parts of the body. Try it out its schedule 2, start with 2 3 times a day, I use 4 4 times a day and I'm able to cope without needing my stimulants.. if it doesn't work that's OK, but I think it will and it won't fuck with pathways in your brain.. Something else I highly rate which has really helped me become a better person, husband, father is micro dosing mushrooms, 3 times a week, but it must be a micro dose, that you don't feel a think, a 10th of recreational dose, it has so many effects that are jaw dropping and some of the data I've seen with people using this for all kinds of issues.. it also regrows brain tissue that was lost during depression. You welcome to open a thread if you need more info. I take the exact dose my psychiatrist perscribes me.

So I had my first real load last night, got some serious calories in and this week I'm deloading, so same volume, just brought the intensity down by dropping weight by 20%.

Blood glucose was down to 4.1 this morning even after loading the calories. I have also started my first clen cycle at 14 weeks out. So I will run in 3 weeks on 2 weeks off. Step count is going going be up to 10 000- 11 000 a day for this week to see how things change. I'm predicting that the clen will strip off about 2kgs from my lowest point of 96.7kgs this week. So holding thumbs.

Can defiantly feel my breathing is a little bit more labored after the load so that is a good sign the dnp is still doing its thing.

I had a client compete this weekend and he placed first in his class, he looked amazing and alot of people who saw me at the show passed comment that I'm already really lean for 14 weeks our, so this is also a good sign things are working in the way they should be.

Well the clen is doing its job during this deload week.

Yesterday after my carb load I was 98.5 this am blood glucose 4 and weight 96.7kgs.

I'm coming down fast and should after this clen cycle be pretty close to my 91 cut off. So then what I will do, pull the dnp to eod, increase food around workout, drop the anadrol, start on the masteron and slightly increase the insulin to grow into he show.

Things are moving really really quickly and I'm pretty happy with the results so far, I've done dnp before but always low carb, at nearly 300g a day of carbs, this shit is making a big difference in the whole grand scheme of things

Well... 95.8kgs this morning. Blood glucose was up to 4.8 this am, but I had been awake for about 35mins before I tested it.

So there is 2 theories on this part as to why BG was up. 1 is that the clen Is liberating and oxidizing fat whilst I sleep, leaving glycerol In the blood or 2. The dawn phenomenon.

The dawn phenomenon is when cortisol levels spike in the morning to wake up, your body dumps a whole bunch of glucose in the blood to give you energy. Either way, today is my rest day, so I did my 1iu insulin shot with my yohimbine clen and dnp and went for a walk 7600 steps In this morning In my walk as I have quite a busy day today with a few meetings so it works out well that my steps are pretty much done for the day.

Yesterday I was 800 steps short of 10 000 but I did have some other activity that went a few rounds to work off some of the testosterone so I'm pretty certain that covered the 800 step shortfall.

All in all this week is steam rolling things. I'm feeling really flat in terms of muscle glycogen, but that is to be expected. Feeling pretty good after backing off the training a little interms of intensity, so should be all systems go from Monday. I have my best friend who trains with me 2x a week and he just said to me that my deload of 20% less weight is still heavier than most people's max weight which made me laugh a little.

So far interms of where I want to be I'm the strongest I've been in a prep, and the leanest I've been this far out. So looking forward to seeing how peeled I can really get going into this show without looking stringy to make weight at the end. This time I will be ready early and increasing food into the end which is going to be a first, even though I should have done that last year, my head was fighting me telling me to keep pushing instead of backing off.

So I'm down 7kgs in 24days and I'm pretty confident to say that I'm up in muscle too based on strength progression.

Things are really starting to get gnarly. Time to be peeled to the bone

I will take some this weekend, I've just gotta find my tripod for my camera. It's hiding somewhere.

Today is one of those days that I could honestly eat the ass off a low flying duck. I'm already 9000 steps in, have chiro tonight, and will get some more steps in whilst I wait for them to set up etc. I should nail 11500 quite easily today. How ever starving kids in Africa have nothing on me today. It's retarded. I'm putting it down to the fact I don't take anadrol on non training days, and when I do, it kills my appetite. That and the dnp is without a doubt working overtime today cos I'm warm, even though the temp is about 24 outside with a wind.

My mk looks like it Is going to arrive tomorrow so I'm really looking forward to adding that in to see the sleep benefits.
